Here’s your chance to strut your stuff in leather, PVC, lace, or maybe in just a latex mask and nothing else.

Model Call for the VFW

The 11th Vancouver Fetish Weekend (happening July 24 - 28) has put a call-out for models to walk in their headline event fashion show. This event is sure to be the ultimate showing of alternative fashion, held this year on July 26th at the renovated and renamed AURUM EVENT CENTRE, and those involved will experience an immersive one-of-a-kind show.

A limited amount of volunteer spots are still open for models of any gender, and no experience is needed to apply. Models need to send in their measurements (in centimeters), a photo, link to their Instagram or website, and availability for fittings and rehearsal to evilyn13news@gmail.com. Additionally, models are encouraged to note if they have previous fashion show experience, and if they’d be willing to wear a mask or hood.

This is a kink event after all 😏.

Selected models will receive one staff pass, covering entry to all the VFW events.

Beyond The Fashion Show

Running into its second decade, Vancouver has their kink celebrations for this upcoming weekend well in hand. The full array of events starts on Thursday, July 24, with a meet-and-greet social. This is where attendees from all over the world come to mingle, often meeting in person for the first time and become acquainted with what lies ahead for the week.

The next day is what the VFW calls their “Candyland-themed ball,” where your imagination is encouraged to run wild. Saturday is the grand-daddy "Fetish Ball & Kurage Latex runway," where models who are selected will be in attendance to strut their stuff. Sunday, the 27th is the very popular Fetish Cruise (imagine all these kinksters on the water!) and the last day, another water-related event, the weekend’s “Decompression beach day.”
