For us, there are more and more order-related toys for men, such as masturbators and pumps. I think the increase in demand for male toys is a direct cause of stress. Is there something unique in how a Chinese-based sex toy company conducts business/makes toys?

We're more active in getting and keeping connections with clients, not only through emails and calls, but if conditions warrant it, we'd rather go meet clients at their place, show them our products, even talk with them face to face. We think this is the most direct way to conduct business.

So, overall, I’d have to say that in China, we are very efficient when it comes to communicating with our clients.

How do you see AI infiltrating the sex toy business...and is this a good thing or bad?

We certainly are now in the AI era, and it seems that making any product AI-powered makes it more appealing. However, translating ‘feelings’ is something AI cannot truly possess.
