The 2026 XBIZ Exec Awards Turns A Spotlight On The “Human Impact” Of Working In Adult

XBIZ has just announced their pre-nominations for their 2026 XBIZ Exec Awards; the noms run until 10/14.

And this year the giant adult industry portal is offering five new awards for what they are calling the ‘human impact’ of community behind pro XXX success.

The 5 New Awards

The Brave Voice Award. According to XBIZ, this award recognizes individuals who have “shown courage and conviction in speaking up to drive meaningful dialogue and positive change.” The Pulse of the People Award honors those who XBIZ claims are “deeply in tune with the industry’s culture” and perpetuate the values of the adult business through “genuine engagement,” that has engendered “connection and progress.” The Trusted Confidant Award spotlights those working in the community, who through their “experience, sound judgment and steady support have empowered” those they have encountered and overall in their work has and strengthened the adult business community. The Heart of Gold Award recognizes kindness and compassion as wrought through “meaningful acts,” that have uplifted and supported those around them. And The Shining Spirit Award highlights those who “radiate optimism and uplifting energy” a quality that XBIZ has recognized inspired others.

Defining “meaningful acts,” “steady support,” “connection and progress,” and the other criteria is left for adult industry members to decide as they submit their entries for winners via XBIZ.net In each of these new categories only one individual will be named with no finalist nominees.

The XBIZ Exec Awards

The annual XBIZ Exec Awards spotlight the best in the adult business community, from XBIZ’s readers and adult industry perspectives. They recognize outstanding creativity and leadership, acknowledge unprecedented strides across the full spectrum of adult industry work. Held alongside the plethora of other XBIZ’s January events, and the company’s XBIZ Expo trade shows, the XBIZ Exec Awards will take place Sunday, Jan. 11.
