How to Check Your PPoints Balance on ToyChats

You can check your PPoint balance and full transaction history (earnings and spending) inside the Creator Center. This is the best place to verify your current points and track what you earned from each approved review.

Inside the PPoints page, you’ll typically see:

• Your current PPoint balance

• Your earning records (credited points)

• Your spending records (redemptions)

Tip: If you have multiple accounts, make sure you’re logged into the same account you used to submit the review.
