Stroke It Smart – Lovense Style 🧠💦

Lovense doesn’t do basic, and the Solace Pro proves it yet again. This isn’t just a stroker, it’s a fully interactive, app-connected, hands-free tech toy with enough smart features to make your smartwatch jealous. It’s sleek, sexy, and surprisingly practical.

Two Versions, Same Inner Goodness

We went with the “neutral” version of Solace Pro, no molded orifices here, just a clean, smooth entry. If you prefer a more explicit look, there’s a version with a more anatomical opening too. But here’s the catch: both versions share the exact same internal structure. And what a structure it is.

Right at the entrance, you’re greeted by two rows of small rounded bumps nestled inside a bulb-like chamber. Then comes a tight spiral-ringed constriction, hello pressure zone, followed by a longer ribbed chamber that houses what we affectionately call “sea cucumbers”. 😅 They are these raised nodules running front to back, like grippy textured caterpillars aligned in parallel.

Next up are two more tighter sections, each packed with three rings of small pressure beads. And at the very end? A wider chamber with larger twisted coils, rotated 90 degrees – a little finale swirl before you hit the back wall. The sleeve itself is about 7.1 inches (18 cm) long and 2.8 inches (7.2 cm) wide. It’s designed for users up to 7 inches in length and 6 inches in girth, so most folks will fit right in.

Mount Me Up, Baby

Now here’s a feature we loved, the Solace Pro comes with its own adjustable mount. Seriously, the set includes a sturdy table clamp and an angle-adjustable arm that lets you tilt the whole toy up to 180 degrees. The arm screws directly into a pre-threaded hole on the base of the Solace, and the clamp keeps everything rock-solid. That means full hands-free control, from almost any position whether it be seated, standing, or creatively spread. 🙌

Tech Specs: Smart Outside, Soft Inside

Stroke Speed: Up to 300 strokes per minuteStroke Length: 3.1 inches (7.8 cm)Weight: 1.2 kg – solid but not overkillCharging: USB-C, 2 hours charge = up to 14 hours use (120h standby)Water Resistance: IPX4 – splash proof, not submersibleSleeve Type: Closed-ended for extra suction

And yep, the sleeve is removable, so cleanup is actually doable (more on that later). For now, just know this isn’t your average stroker. And we’re just getting started. 😉

Experience

“The Tech Tease That Got Me”

I’ve had my fair share of interactive toy experiences. The Handy was my personal gateway drug into the world of premium strokers, and ever since I’ve been hooked on anything with a motor and WiFi. When Solace Pro started popping up with all those glowing reviews and ultra-polished ads, it wasn’t really a choice anymore. It had to be mine. (Or at least, that’s the story I tell myself to sleep better at night. 😉)

Truth be told, Lovense had me at “gadget.” I’m a sucker for smart tech, and the tech checklist on this one is chef’s kiss. 🔥 I dove straight into manual mode first (because testing is important, obviously), and aside from a few small quirks, but pretty much everything worked flawlessly. The buttons are responsive, you can adjust stroke length and speed on the fly, even cycle through patterns. Great stuff… but let’s be honest, that’s not why anyone buys a Lovense toy, right?

The Sleeve – Looks Like a Beast, Feels Like a Whisper

On paper, this sleeve looks intense with ridges, bumps, and spirals like a texture rollercoaster. In practice it's actually one of the gentlest sleeves I’ve used. I’m not ultra-sensitive to soft patterns, but even for me, this one leans mellow. There’s a good amount of internal space, and while the entrance grips nicely, once you’re in, the ride is soft.

This isn’t a bad thing, though. In fact, Solace Pro quickly became a go-to for longer interactive edging sessions. The lower intensity helps avoid overstimulation, and stopping mid-session is easy just press the power button or pause your video. No awkward delays or clunky resets. Huge win.

One bummer? No “finish mode.” So if you're synced to content, there's no automatic finale trigger – you'll have to time that on your own. Bit of a mood-breaker, but honestly pretty standard across the board. Still, would love to see that patched in eventually.

Material Matters

Let’s talk feel: the sleeve is made from TPE, not silicone which was a little disappointing. It’s on the firmer side and thicker than similar toys I’ve tried. Not harsh or uncomfortable, just less soft than expected. Honestly, the step to silicone doesn’t feel far off, so the fact they didn’t take it? Missed opportunity.

That said, TPE still does its job well. It holds lube nicely, doesn’t dry out too quickly, and doesn't guzzle it either. Cleaning, however, takes a bit more effort.

One quick note: Suction is not adjustable. Luckily, the sleeve builds a natural bit of suction (you’ll hear a small satisfying “pop” when pulling out), and it stays pretty subtle. For me, that was perfect. But if you’re all about those vacuum-sealed sensations… just know this isn’t that toy.

Stroke Length & Speed – Keep Your Expectations Real

Solace Pro claims a 3.1-inch stroke length. In use that’s not a lot. I definitely noticed it, especially coming from something like The Handy, which gives you 4.3 inches to play with. That’s a significant difference, but your positioning makes a huge difference. I found that by tweaking angles and where I sat, I could shift the stimulation zones enough to still have a good time. Plus, if you’re like me and prefer slow, sensual sessions over breakneck speed, you’ll be just fine.

Speaking of speed: 300 strokes per minute is the limit. That’s lower than some competitors, but again this isn’t built for turbo-mode chaos. It’s built for rhythm, connection, and long, drawn-out fun. 🧠💦

Mount Me Up, Baby

Let’s Talk Mounts (and Towels)

One of Solace Pro’s most underrated flexes is that mount. Seriously, it’s not some wobbly afterthought. Once you slot the case into the motor unit (those cutouts are pretty intuitive), it sits in securely. No jiggle, no sketchy looseness. Once it's in you are all set. Love that for us.

But here’s where things get a bit... awkward. My first couple of sessions were on the couch and bed, no mount in sight. And while the device isn’t too heavy, it's not exactly featherlight either. But the real issue isn’t the weight, it's the design of the moving case.

See, during use, the case moves up and down, not the whole motor. That means when Solace strokes down, the bottom part of the case dips below the motor housing. So if you try to rest it on your body? Boom. Instant roadblock. The toy presses into your skin and blocks its own movement. Resulting in zero stroke range and a frustrating "why is this not moving?!" moment. Holding it in the air isn’t a solution either because the machine’s weight makes it practically impossible to stabilize while it’s going full motion.

My DIY solution was a folded towel on my stomach. It cushions the skin (because yes, this thing gets heavy and uncomfortable real quick) and provides a bit of elevation so the toy can actually move freely without bumping into you. Not glamorous, but hey it works. 😅

Now let’s talk desk mount. I wasn’t expecting to be converted, but once I clamped it on and dialed in the right chair height and angle it was a game-changer. Even our thick-ass desk didn’t stand a chance, the mount gripped like a pro. And once you’re set up it is a total hands-free experience. The vibe was stable, smooth, and sexy. Sure, it’s not the fastest setup if you’re in a spontaneous mood... but when the vibe hits right, it’s chef’s kiss. 🔥

Stealth Mode: Disabled

Oh, You’ll Hear It. (And Maybe Your Neighbors Too.)

Let’s not sugarcoat it, Solace Pro is loud. Not the “oh, it hums a little” kind of loud, this thing announces itself like it’s headlining a concert. Lovense officially claims 63 decibels, which in real life means louder than a normal conversation and very noticeable. Leni could hear it clearly from outside the door, and yes, I’ve definitely had those “maybe not tonight” moments just because I didn’t want my neighbors thinking I was vacuuming my crotch.

And yeah, it kinda sucks. I love this toy, but the volume has actually made me switch to a trusty Fleshlight more than once, just because I needed a quieter good time. If you’ve got roommates, thin walls, or just don’t feel like explaining some weird robot noises to your flatmate, maybe wait until the coast is clear.

Linked & Loving It 🔥

When Toys Get Tangled in Love

Now here’s where Solace Pro shines: interactive couple play. This is where Lovense earns its crown. We paired it with a Mission 2, and let me tell you synchronizing toys was one of those “why didn’t we do this sooner?” moments.

Karl’s take: I’ve always been a fan of mutual masturbation, it’s intimate, fun, and gives you this unique kind of closeness. But being connected like this is a game-changer. Watching Leni subtly adjust the motion on my toy while she was vibing on hers turned the whole thing into a teasing, mutual seduction. It’s not just physical – it’s psychological warfare. In the best way. 😅

Leni’s POV: I’ve controlled his toys before with apps which is fun. But this was something else. I got to feel what I was doing to him while still enjoying my own rhythm. It’s mutual masturbation, but it’s also like remote control foreplay, emotional edging, and shared chaos rolled into one. Plus, I had all the power. 🔥

One thing to keep in mind: we’re not doing long-distance. For us, toys like this are a spicy bonus, not the main dish. We love bringing them into our bedroom (or living room, or office 👀), but it’s always with that “this is a special kind of fun” mindset. Solace isn’t just about getting off, it’s about trying something new together and turning a regular night into a very different one.

Charging: USB-C, Baby! 💥

Solace Pro is a battery beast. Lovense promises up to 14 hours of use, and honestly? I believe them. I’ve had it in rotation across multiple days, left it sitting for a bit, picked it up again, and the battery just kept going like a champ. No last-minute panic, no fading stroke at the worst time. 🙌

And when it finally does need juice it just requires two hours on the charger. But here’s the kicker: USB-C. Yes, you read that right. No weird proprietary cable. Just glorious, modern USB-C. I may or may not have done a little happy dance. Chef’s kiss, Lovense. 😂

They do advise not to use it while charging – and I didn’t test fate there. But what’s cool is the smart little design detail: if you’ve got Solace Pro mounted on the desk clamp, you don’t need to disassemble anything to charge. There’s a cutout in the holder that lets you plug in without fuss. Love a good “we actually thought this through” moment. 😄

And speaking of smart – the AI and interactive tech deserves its own spotlight. Let’s dive into that next.

Detailed evaluation

Interactive? App-solutely. 📱

Lovense and remote control is basically their whole thing. And at this point, if you’ve read a single Toychats review on a Lovense toy, you’ve already heard the deep dive on their app ecosystem. (If not, check our reviews for Ambi or Lush 3 or peek at Beauty & Blacksmith’s Lush 2 write-up. You’ll get the full rundown there.)

Here, I’ll keep it focused on Solace Pro specifically and what stood out:

First up, Lovense Remote. I tested it both on desktop and mobile and the difference is night and day. The desktop app? Honestly kinda clunky. Laggy controls, buggy connections, and it just feels like it was designed as an afterthought. It works, sure, but it’s clearly not built for that environment.

On mobile though? Way smoother. Connection was fast, the interface is more intuitive, and all the features like stroke speed and position control worked exactly as expected. You can even create or download custom stroke patterns, and that process is way easier on your phone than your PC.

A quick peek into the fun stuff: Group Play, music sync, games, session sharing it’s all there, just slightly stripped down compared to other Lovense toys. I tried a Group Play session, and while the idea is fun (chat, vibe, take turns controlling), I had one small gripe: once I joined, I couldn’t easily exit. Had to force-close the app. Annoying, but maybe it’s just a bug on my device.

The stroke length setting deserves a special shoutout. You can cap the motion between 0–100%. I personally dial it down by 5% on each end which is not super noticeable in use, but it helps keep the motor quieter and prevents those annoying “end-thump” noises. Little tweak, big peace of mind. 😅

Lovense still leads the pack when it comes to interactivity, and while Solace Pro doesn’t reinvent the wheel here, it executes the essentials really well.

AI Ambition Meets Manual Mastery 🎬🤖

VibeMate & Scripting

Let’s talk about what’s supposed to be Lovense’s big brain move: VibeMate. If the Remote app is your cockpit, VibeMate is the full-on simulation room. The idea? You launch into your chosen fantasy whether that be porn, hentai, cam streams, playlists, and the Solace Pro takes over, syncing strokes with what’s happening on screen.

Sounds incredible. And in theory, it really is. But in practice? Let’s break it down.

You can use VibeMate on desktop or mobile. I tested both. Mobile won by a mile. The desktop version was clunky, buggy, and honestly not built for pleasure, it felt like using Excel to stream porn. 😬 Mobile, on the other hand, was way smoother, faster to connect, and generally made more sense in terms of UI.

Now to the juicy stuff: AI control. VibeMate lets you sync your toy using four modes:

Audio reaction – the toy moves based on the content's audio.Pattern match – pre-set vibrations get activated based on cues.AI mimic (beta) – the toy tries to copy what's visually happening.Smart match – Lovense decides which of the above makes most sense.

I stuck mostly with the AI mimic mode because, let’s face it, I wanted to see what this tech could do. And while it works in a basic sense yes, it responds to what’s on screen and the result is more “enthusiastic intern” than “seasoned expert.”

Delay is a thing. The toy often keeps stroking even after the action on screen stops, or reacts just a little too late to tempo shifts. When nothing specific is happening, it defaults to big, full-length strokes – which sounds nice, until it feels a bit… mismatched. Especially when someone’s just talking and the Solace Pro thinks we’re in a full-blown climax scene. 😂

It gets worse with censored content like hentai. The AI clearly has no clue what’s going on and just kinda panics like frantic motions instead of subtle, sexy teasing. I found myself wishing for a “calm down” button. Slow, gentle fallback movements would make so much more sense than this over-the-top auto-pilot chaos.

Bonus pain point: on PC, the AI barely worked at all. That might be software bugs or just bad optimization, but it left mobile as the only real option.

Scripting with Faptap & Intiface: Manual is Still King 🏆

Luckily, Solace Pro also supports manual scripting, and that’s where things get interesting. I connected it to Faptap using Intiface (a tool that bridges the toy to your browser), and honestly? Huge improvement. Handcrafted scripts follow real-time action way more precisely than AI can manage right now. You get deliberate pacing, realistic buildup, and way more edge control.

Setup takes a few steps, and yeah, it’s a little techy. But once it’s running, it’s buttery smooth. The catch? Limited access to free scripts and fewer supported videos. If you want endless content, you’ll either have to pay or get into scripting yourself. (Been there… it’s fun but time-consuming.) If you need help on that – just write a comment or create a topic in the forum! Happy to help. 😉

Offline Content? A Headache. 🙄

I tried using local video files with custom scripts because hey, I had some old self-made ones lying around. And while web-based playback worked fine, offline/local video syncing was a mess. No easy player, no clear documentation, and Lovense doesn’t support it natively. It’s all possible… if you’re willing to go deep into Reddit rabbit holes and do a ton of troubleshooting.

For most people, that’s too much. For me? Honestly, it was too much. 😅

Final thoughts on VibeMate & AI

The vision is exciting. A stroker that syncs to anything you throw at it? Yes please. But right now, scripts still win. They’re smoother, smarter, and give you way more control. The AI is decent for background play or casual fun, but for serious edging or focused sessions, it’s not quite there yet.

If you’ve had better luck or some sneaky setup tips drop them in the comments. Please, Save my sanity. 🧠💦

Detailed evaluation

Quality

Let’s start with the case: it’s well-constructed, no doubt, but it does feel noticeably thinner and a bit cheaper than what we’re used to especially compared to something like a Fleshlight. Not a dealbreaker by any means, but we both clocked it right away when twisting the end caps. It doesn’t affect use, but the difference in materials is there.

Now, the sleeve itself? Surprisingly sturdy. It’s thick, feels durable, and holds its shape well. No floppiness or weird collapsing, which you sometimes get with other toys.

And the machine unit? Genuinely premium. It’s heavy – almost 1.2 kg – and while that gives it some serious stability, it also means you’ve got a lot of hard, unforgiving edges. That said, there are no annoying screws poking out or awkward seams. Lovense clearly tried to round things off a bit where it matters.

Overall, the whole build feels solid. Our unit came completely clean with no scratches, no dents, no weird discoloration. We’ve used it several times now, cleaned it, dropped it once (oops), and stored it in a couple of random spots… still looks and works like new.

BUT the software experience can be a bit of a lottery. Some days the apps and integrations run smooth, other times you’re stuck rebooting or swearing at your phone. It’s not a hardware flaw, but it definitely affects the quality of the experience. Fingers crossed Lovense puts out some proper updates soon.

Price

Solace Pro lands somewhere between €150–200 / $160–210, depending on where you grab it. That’s a serious investment with no way around it. And that’s why we’ll be blunt: make sure this is really the toy you’ve been dreaming about.

Yes, you’re paying for premium build, premium specs, and premium promises. But some of those promises stumble a bit in actual use. For this price point, there are definitely alternatives out there that might suit your needs better depending on what you value most – raw intensity, pure realism, suction games, or just a smoother tech experience.

We’d recommend making a proper pros and cons list. Explore the app ecosystem first, understand what you’re getting into, and set realistic expectations. If long-distance play is your main focus, Solace might be part of a powerful duo setup – but that also means your overall cost will double or more. Worth it? Maybe. Just be sure before you swipe that card. 😅

Performance

Performance this time is a bit like a promising pilot episode because there's potential, but the magic hasn’t fully clicked. The sleeve is solid. The whole concept behind Solace Pro is totally up my alley. Especially in manual mode, this thing can seriously deliver with smooth strokes, precise settings, and it all feels nicely controlled.

Here comes the big but, whenever I lean into the whole “smart syncing” experience, reality tends to sneak in. Sometimes the app glitches, sometimes the toy gets louder than my inner monologue, and sometimes the vibe just fizzles out. I want to love it, I really want Solace Pro to be my high-tech game changer, but honestly I find myself reaching for a classic Fleshlight more often when I just want to relax.

Where Solace Pro really shines for me is in couple play. That’s where it adds dynamics, connection, and makes both of us part of the action. But solo, it’s more of a mood toy, the kind I pull out when I’m in the mood for gadgets, not just good old pleasure.

And let’s be real, a toy only performs if it actually gets used. So in that sense... it does the job, but it’s not exactly stealing the spotlight. 😅

The video features the outer packaging of the Solace Pro by Lovense.

Detailed evaluation

Packaging

Solace Pro arrives in classic Lovense fashion with a sleek box, signature wave graphics, and a bold product shot right up front. Flip it over, and you’ve got a multilingual cheat sheet of all the features, icons, and what this toy promises to do (and hopefully deliver).

The whole presentation feels premium it is very clean, very polished, and very "yes I’m a serious toy for serious pleasure." But there’s room for improvement. Lovense, we love your tech, but could we talk sustainability? The foam cutouts and individually plastic-wrapped parts feel a bit 2015. A more eco-friendly insert would’ve hit different.

Still, everything inside is organized to perfection. You get the full package: sleeve, case, user manual, charging cable (hello USB-C, love you), and the three-piece mount setup. All tucked away and cushioned securely. If you ignore the plastic bits, it’s a luxe unboxing that sets the tone just right.

This video shows the packaging in which the Solace Pro by Lovense is delivered.

Detailed evaluation

Materials and care

Solace Pro is a material mix buffet. The machine and its outer case are made from a combo of ABS and PC plastic, the black case is on the thinner side, while the core unit feels much sturdier with its sleek, silver-toned finish. The buttons are made of soft silicone, as is the protective cap covering the screw mount and USB-C port.

Now, let’s talk sleeve, it’s made from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), and yes, we’ve got feelings about that. TPE is squishy and soft, sure, but it’s also not antibacterial, more porous than silicone, and needs some serious upkeep if you don’t want bacteria as your playmate.

On top of that, the sleeve is closed-ended, which makes cleaning a little trickier. The good news? The inner structure doesn’t trap lube and cum as stubbornly as some other sleeves. After use, you can pop the sleeve out of the case, rinse thoroughly with warm water, and follow up with a mild soap or toy cleaner (a must after a few rounds). To dry it, give it a good pat-down with a microfiber towel, shake out any extra water, and then let it air out completely, either outside or back in the case (which takes some careful wiggling from the bottom, but it works).

The case and machine can be wiped down with a damp (not soaking!) cloth. Thankfully, the sleeve doesn’t get overly sticky too fast it stays soft and pleasant for a good while. If it does start feeling like a gummy bear from hell, a light dusting with cornstarch brings it right back to life.

Special feature

Is It Worth It?

That depends on what you're looking for. If you're all about interactive fun, couple play, or long-distance sex tech, Solace Pro could be a solid investment especially if you're already in the Lovense ecosystem. It shines in partner-controlled sessions and gives off major “techy domination” vibes when synced with other toys.

If you're into edging, Solace Pro is definitely game. The mild sleeve won't overpower you, the speed is just right for longer sessions, and the stroke control adds some nice customization. That said, it's more of a challenge than a cheat code, especially for those who like teasing themselves over time.

However, if you:

need a ton of texturewant a quieter toyor get easily turned off by tech that sometimes doesn’t cooperate

...then maybe hold off or consider other toys that are a bit more plug-and-play.

We’ll be honest – the AI isn’t quite there yet. And while the concept is hot, the execution still feels like it’s catching up. But Solace Pro has potential and already delivers solid solo and couple experiences. Just make sure your expectations match its current strengths.

👉 Have you already tried syncing toys with a partner? Or are you more of a solo adventurer who dabbles in the techy side of pleasure? Let us know in the comments, we love hearing how others use their smart toys!

Most toy manufacturers go with small brushed DC motors or eccentric vibrating motors mainly due to cost concerns. Only some high-end brands invest in quieter brushless motors. But honestly, it’s not just about the motor — the internal structure of the toy plays a big role too. So yeah, it’s a pretty complex issue overall!

What a great, in-depth review! Easily one of the best reviews I read on ToyChats! I was on the fence about getting the Solace Pro for the hand-free experience and the A.I syncing abilities but was concerned about how loud it is- this review helped me make my decision to hold-off. What a shame that such a great toy is so loud and heavy. Looks like I'll be waiting for the Handy 2 lol

Njoy Pure Wand – A Stainless Steel Delight for G-Spot and P-Spot Exploration

This Toy Might Be Too Good! 😉 Ever picked up a toy and immediately thought, "Damn, this feels expensive"? That’s the Njoy Pure Wand. This thing is sleek, shiny, and heavy - like, "don’t drop it unless you want a permanent reminder on your bathroom floor" heavy. 😂 But once you figure out how to handle it, oh boy, it’s a game-changer. Perfect for both G-spot and P-spot play, this toy is all about deep, targeted pleasure. It doesn’t vibrate, it doesn’t have fancy buttons - just pure, manual control. And honestly? That’s what makes it so great. The weight does half the work for you, and once you get the hang of it, it’s like unlocking a new level of pleasure. Is it beginner-friendly? Ehh, maybe not. It takes a bit of technique and patience. But if you’re up for the challenge, this could easily become your new favorite toy. We’ve had it for ages, and it still looks brand new - zero wear and tear. So, if you’re looking for a high-quality, no-nonsense pleasure tool that’ll last forever, this is the one.

Kazumi’s Fleshlight – Overhyped or Worth It? 🤔

The Fleshlight Everyone’s Talking About - But Is It Really That Good? I swear, I couldn’t scroll through Reddit or FleshAssist without someone hyping up Kazumi’s Fleshlight. Top 5 ranking, people calling it a must-have - so obviously I had to buy it. When it arrived, I was ready. Expectations? Sky-high. And then… I tried it. And, uh… kinda just stared at the ceiling afterward thinking, that’s it? 🫠 It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t mind-blowing either. The texture felt too stiff, and I just didn’t get the hype. But then I learned about the so-called "break-in period," where Fleshlights get better after some use. So, I gave it another chance. And another. And another. And yeah - now I get it. It just needed time. Once softened up, this thing is a beast. The suction is easily the strongest in my Fleshlight collection, and the chamber design? Pure blowjob energy. The way the different textures hit at different depths feels incredibly natural, especially if you love oral. It drinks lube like crazy, but honestly? Worth it. So, was the hype justified? Let’s break it down. 😉

Satisfyer Double Fun – Double the Fun or Double the Frustration? 🤔

The Couple’s Vibrator That Sounded Exciting—But Left Us Frustrated When it comes to couple’s vibrators, I always think of the We-Vibe. We never actually owned one, but reading about it made us curious about this kind of toy. The idea of something that could bring extra stimulation for both partners during penetration sounded awesome. So, when we saw the Satisfyer Double Fun as a free promo gift, we figured, ‘Why not?’ Free sex toys are the best kind of sex toys, right? Worst case, we’d have some fun experimenting. Spoiler alert: We did not have fun. 🫠 On paper, it checks all the boxes—flexible U-shape, strong vibrations, app control, waterproof. But in reality? It felt more like a third wheel than a sexy enhancement. We gave it multiple tries, hoping it would grow on us. At the end, we just never clicked with it. After about 10 tries, it found its final resting place in our bedside drawer, untouched and collecting dust. So, what went wrong? Let’s get into it. 😉
