My review disappeared — what happened?

What if my review disappeared?

If you cannot find your review, do not panic. In most cases, it has not been deleted and is just in a different place. Here are a few things to check.

📂 Check “Article Management”

Go to your profile and click Article Management.

On desktop, click your profile photo.
On mobile, tap the three-line menu.

This is where all of your drafts, pending reviews, and approved posts are stored.

🔔 Check Your Notifications

If your review was rejected or removed, you should see a notification from the ToyChats team.

This can happen for:

• Quality issues

• Missing required content

• Safety concerns

• Rule violations

If your post was rejected, you can usually edit it and resubmit.

💾 Make Sure You Saved Your Work

ToyChats does not automatically save drafts.

After making changes, always click the Save button at the bottom of the editor. If you close the page without saving, your work may be lost.

Good habit:

Save every time you make a big edit.

• The review title (if you remember it)

• Rough time you posted it
