The entire exterior is made of a black silicone, with one main bulbous body piece that is inserted and then two tabs that protrude at the base to stimulate the erogenous zones near the anus. The inserted piece has three sections that stimulate different regions internally, focusing on the prostate with a somewhat more aggressive angle than some of their other offerings. The two tabs have some flexibility but they are not adjustable like the new Psy model. The front tab is meant to apply some external prostate pressure, while the rear tab is called the "Kundalini" tab and is meant to provide some extra stimulation. The pair of tabs helps keeps the toy stabilized and in place nicely. Overall it's a very simple toy, and I think that's ideal.
Experience
As mentioned above, this is a pretty simple toy - just insert it and then you can either move it slightly manually to apply stimulation to just the right spot, or leave it pressed up against your prostate and let your muscles do the work. I will note you definitely need a good amount of lubrication, though the smooth silicone makes it very comfortable to insert. Specifically you will want to use a water or oil based lubricant, as a silicone based one could damage the toy. The body is about an inch wide at the largest section so you need to take your time slowly rubbing around the anus and gently inserting back and forth until your body sort of pulls it in, and the bottom inserted section is only quite narrow so it's comfortable to wear after the wider parts are inside you. The position your body is in will also make a difference as to how easy it is to insert - personally I used Aneros' recommend positioning of laying on your side with your bottom leg outstretched and top leg pulled towards your chest.
Once inserted, don't worry about the toy falling out, the tabs keeps it stabilized and the different sized sections inside ensure it won't move too far out of you. Now you can start slightly clenching or flexing the PC muscles makes the toy move around a little on it's own both back and forth and side to side for quite a bit of stimulation. The PC muscles are specifically the group of muscles you used to stop peeing, essentially you're doing kegels. This can take some time to get used to, and it's not going to be a mind blowing sensation at first. They key is really relaxing and letting it build, not trying to push the toy into your prostate for maximum pressure. It's a very unique sensation for anyone new to prostate stimulation and it definitely took me some time with a few different toys to learn that less is more. Once you get used to the motion by alternative flexing and relaxing the muscles you can try holding the flex for a while or using a rhythmic pattern to help build the stimulation. After some time you'll start to feel a tingling which for me feels similar to the building up of the beginning of a regular orgasm. While I have yet to reach the elusive hands free prostate orgasm, this is still a very nice sensation, and it adds a whole new dimension when paired with regular penis stimulation whether you are wearing it during sex or using another toy.

Price
Personally, I think the toy is a little overpriced at retail considering how small it is and how few "extra" features it has. But with frequent sales at various toy retailers I think if you get it for under $50 it's pretty good value for money. Aneros uses the highest quality FDA approved materials and even includes an Amazon Transparency barcode on the (very nice) packaging to ensure you're getting a real product. I think all of that peace of mind is worth it for a toy you're inserting into yourself, especially considering that are is a sensitive and permeable membrane.
Comparisons to other options
I personally found this to be a much easier option to start with compared to the famed Njoy Pure Wand (or Le Wand's similar options). The silicone body was personally more comfortable than metal because it doesn't require warming first (and isn't as jarring to insert if not pre-warmed), and it's softer. The toy is MUCH lighter which means you can use it for longer, and once inserted it's essentially hands free, while the Njoy/Le wand options require staying in one position or holding in place with your hands. You do have less customizability in how you stimulate the prostate though, the angle is set and once inserted there isn't a lot of play beyond using your muscles internally.
There also no vibrations like some other prostate toys, including Aneros' other offerings, and while that does offer another layer of stimulation, I find that vibrations can quickly numb the area and actually make it harder to find the sensations you're looking for. I'd recommend this more manual stimulation for a beginner, but having the option could be nice.
This is also a cheaper toy than many of the options listed above, coming in at near half the price of the metal wands mentioned and $30 cheaper than the vibrating version of the same toy, and I think that's worth noting.
Materials and care
Because the toy is made of silicone it is pretty easy to clean, just washing with an antibacterial soap is enough, though it might retain some smells. That's just a downside of using silicone, which is prone to retaining smells in any use case, but I think the pros outweigh the cons on that material choice. Another option that could help neutralize smells is soaking it in a diluted vinegar solution or (even more diluted) bleach solution and then thorough rinse with water after. Aneros advises against boiling to sterilize as this could deform the toy, which is unfortunate because heat would likely help with removing odors. Even if it retains smells after washing with antibacterial soap, it is safe to use, and considering where it'll be going on the next use I wouldn't worry too much.
