A bit larger in the mid-shaft going in due to the tip being oddly shaped; I'm not used to anal yet and am still transitioning But I find this product to be great for use in the shower. Was difficult for me to achieve pleasure anally, but this product serves its purpose well enough; it does not vibrate so I mainly use it for insertion play. I rarely use it except for in the shower; other than that, it's a well-made toy. Very quiet, no noise to speak of as it has no vibrator function (unless you count your loud moans and hard pounding against as u ride it or say you're using it for a sex machine). On a scale of 1 to 5, it really depends on what you plan to use it for; when it comes to anal play, I give it maybe 3 and a half, but since that is all, I can really use it for, I cannot provide a rating for vaginal use, due to my lack of having a virginal hole. but i will still be looking none the less continue using it with love.
