Doc Johnson Velvet Touch Vibe Review

For 19 dollars, I thought this toy packed quite the punch! The Doc Johnson Velvet Touch Vibe probably has one of the most unique designs I've seen- instead of a remote or button, you simply twist the dial to your desired speed. This does make the toy require 2 hands to use, but I personally didn't have any issue with this. It's powered by 2 AA batteries (sold separately). At first, I was a little bit confused as to how it works; it doesn't seem to come with any kind of manual or instructions. But, once I got the batteries in correctly, I turned the dial and was surprised by how intense the "low" speed seemed! The volume of the toy was pretty consistent between all of the vibration speeds. It's not exactly as quiet as the Amazon listing says it is, but it's pretty quiet if you use it under a blanket. I'm usually someone that highly prefers manual stimulation over toys, but this vibe might have proved me wrong. It's made for both external and internal stimulation, which I thought was a nice detail! Many vibrators explicitly state that they aren't designed for insertion, so this was a pleasant surprise. It's bigger than the bullet vibrators I usually prefer, but it's actually pretty good for precise stimulation. The only downside to that is that since this toy is quite large, it's probably not very travel-friendly.

DOXY Die Cast R Review: To die for!

Oh. My. God. 😮‍💨 This thing is powerful. You're working with a big wand, so you're going to get big power. Not to say that this toy is perfect, but it's definitely one of my favorites. If you get this toy, you're definitely going to have a fun time. The toy excels at just hammering away at you. It's a great bit of fun that I don't get tired of. I would say that its only weaknesses are in its design, but the pros far outweigh the cons. This is definitely one of the best wands (and sex toys) that I currently own.

BMS Factory PalmPower Plug & Play Wand Massager

Made by the BMS Factory, the creators of the famed "Power Bullet," the PalmPower Wand Massager came with high expectations but didn’t fully deliver. While the single-function button and silicone head are functional and feel great, the vibrations leave much to be desired. They’re strong and rumbly only at the highest setting and the rest of the modes just lack the deep resonance found in smaller bullets or larger wands, making it feel like an "inbetweener" that doesn’t quite excel in either category. The corded setup is another drawback—disruptive during solo play and downright awkward, if you’re trying to incorporate a partner. While the compact size and portability are commendable, issues like uneven vibration, the finicky detachable cap, and control quirks weigh it down. If you’re someone who loves the Magic Wand but craves a quieter, more compact version, the PalmPower might fit the bill—but expect to work around its flaws. For those seeking a seamless and deeply satisfying experience, investing in a more refined wand may be worth considering.

Bullet Mini Vibe From BMS Factory Review

I have never had a bullet before and I am actually impressed. The Bullet Mini from BMS Factory comes packaged well and has a cute little heart-shaped magnetic charger. I am excited to take this on my next vacation because it's portable and powerful enough to not really need a bunch of other toys.

Iroha Koharu Beni: Cute but Boring

The Iroha Koharu Beni is nothing special. It’s your average battery powered vibrator. There’s nothing about it that stands out to me as noteworthy. It’s decently powerful, which is always nice. The shape is interesting, I haven’t seen something exactly like it before. But that’s the problem, really. I’ve seen a lot of vibrators similar to this, some of which stood out for their design, comfort, or quality, but the Koharu Beni is just okay. It’s one saving grace is it’s flexible head, though it isn’t as elastic as a flexible head should be. It’ll get the job done, but when you’re looking for a vibrator, you want to get something indulgent and luxurious. You want freshly baked sourdough that crunches on the outside and is soft on the inside. You don’t want store brand white bread. This baby pink, battery-powered stick vibrator is the store brand white bread of vibrators.

$10 Bullet Vibe from Secret Lover on Amazon

As a trangender man, vibrators are one of the most important parts of solo and partnered play for me. Bullet vibrators specifically have been a hit or miss in my experience, but this extremely cheap vibrator from the Secret Lover store on Amazon has worked wonders for me. I purchased this vibrator nearly exactly a year ago, and have been using it frequently ever since. It ranks at #5 on Amazon for bullet vibrators, and I can tell you why! My issue with most bullet vibrators is that they don't provide strong enough stimulation- with this vibrator, that hasn't been an issue for me. The angled tip is surprisingly helpful, especially as a trans guy with decently sized bottom growth (~2 inches). Price has also been a struggle for me in regard to toys, with even the smallest bullet vibrators you can find in stores being $20-$30; as a broke college student, it can be a bit difficult to come up with this money! Usually a toy so cheap would be suspicious, but this toy has been just as good if not better than $20 bullet vibrators I've tried in the past. The Amazon listing does say "for women", but this toy is definitely a good idea for anyone. The packaging was discreet, and didn't have any gendering. That's been an issue I've had in the past for most toys designed for AFAB individuals, the packaging is often worded as if it's only for cisgender women, and uses "feminine" color schemes. For trans and queer individuals, this could be a put-off, as dysphoria is a huge turn-off. This wasn't an issue at all with this vibrator!
