Design
I will not lie, this product was intimidating out of the package. It has a lot going on. That said, it is very attractively designed, with soft silicone and an easy-to-grip looped handle. I appreciate when toy manufacturers make their toys easy to hold. The black color also appealed to my goth sensibilities.
The design clearly signifies what each part is for, while still looking sleek. The insertable part doesn't look strictly like a penis, but still looks phallic; the anal insertion part resembles anal beads; and the clitoral stimulator looks like a rabbit, but not in an overly cutesy way. It definitely isn't made to look dainty or pretty. Is it weird to describe a sex toy as punk? I don't know, but that's the vibe I get.

Quality
It feels nice in the hands. Given how big it is, it's a little heavy, but since it's insertable not all that weight will be held in your hands. I love a looped grip because it gives you more options on how to hold it and where to position it. A looped handle is also helpful for some people with motor skill issues. As always, I love silicone (even if it does collect dust...always a conundrum). While I am usually not a fan of hard plastic, the placement inside the loop where you hold it was an appropriate use.

Experience
I didn't love using this toy, though. There were too many settings to navigate. With a lot of practice that might get easier, but for me, the triple-stimulation factor was a little...overstimulating. I couldn't decide which part of my body to focus on, and moving one part of the toy meant moving the whole thing. So, if I wanted to move the insertable portion, it would change the toy's contact on the other body parts.
It was difficult to initially position, too. You have to individually position each part to make sure it ends up in the right place. Once it's there it seems to stay.
Last, the bunny ears were weirdly sharp! It felt stabby at times.

Performance
I can't say I had any real expectations going in. I had never tried a toy with so many working parts so I wasn't sure what to expect. It certainly did vibrate and stimulate multiple erogenous zones, so it did live up to that. The complex operation was, in my opinion, poor design; my not liking the actual function of the toy, however, was more about what my needs were in a toy, and that this wasn't matched up to them. If you are specifically looking for something that stimulates multiple parts at once, then you may like it more than I did.
Materials and care
The Trifecta is waterproof and made of body-safe silicone. That made cleaning it pretty easy. I just used castile soap and warm water. It has a lot of grooves in it that have to be carefully washed. I ended up cleaning it twice because when it dried I could see I missed a few small grooved spots.
The toy charges quickly, but since it's waterproof it has to have one of those magnetic chargers, which I find pop off too easily.
This toy did not come with its own bag, so it's up to the user to find a protective bag to put it in. You don't want it getting super dusty or touching other silicone toys.
Packaging
It came well-packaged. The box was sturdy and I felt confident it protected the toy well in transit. It was also easy to open. You just slipped the top off of the interior box.
Inside, the toy was protected with clamshell packaging. Not a huge fan of all the plastic, or clamshell packaging in general, but it wasn't as difficult to open as other clamshells I've encountered. It also came with a matching black charge cord, instructions, and a warrantee.

Price
This toy sells for $100 online. The failure of this toy for me was mostly a mismatch between my needs and what the toy delivered. I am glad I had the opportunity to give it a try - I had never used something with so much going on! - and while I won't be using it for myself, if what you want is intense stimulation on multiple parts of your body, this would probably be a great purchase for you. The company could stand to simplify the vibration functions, though.
