Fleshlight Boost Blow Review: Best Sleeve Yet

The Fleshlight Boost is a redesigned take on the standard sleeve design with a variety of additions and improvements over the standard Fleshlight and Fleshlight Girls models. The Boost range comes in multiple options including vaginal and anal openings (in both male and female designs) plus the mouth option tested in this review. All variants are also available in either a darker and lighter tone which is a welcome addition if you have a preference.

The blowjob sleeves differ in only colour, with both having the same detailed entry and include with well defined, thick and juicy lips that welcome you into the sleeve, a set of upper and lower teeth, independent floating tongue and uvula at the rear of the throat. The teeth do not have much hardness to them as they are made of the same SuperSkin material as all other Fleshlights, but there is enough pressure to know they are there. The tongue however doesn't really add much to the sleeve. Its too soft and slippery to really add much to the experience, although it does add a little pressure (see my experience section later in this review for more details). Overall though I found the entry incredibly detailed and aesthetically perfect if you're looking for a blowjob experience.

The external case changes things up again, while the stamina training case comes in gold, and the girls range in pearlescent white, the boost comes in a metallic looking blue. Unfortunately it's probably my least favourite of the colours, its a little too gaudy and full on for my tastes. But at the end of the day, it does its job and is easy to clean so I cant fault it that much.

So what are these "Boost" changes all about?

The key difference between these and the standard Fleshlight models is that they come with an inner sleeve detail that Fleshlight calls "Turbo Tech". A pair of floating rings that sit just behind the entry and are intended to give a firmer grip on the shaft during penetration. Its an interesting and innovative detail which adds to the overall experience of the sleeve. The rest of the toys is your stock standard flesh like SuperSkin material with a varying internal texture which maintains the high standards of the Fleshlight range.

Suction control - A game changer?

Additionally while the case may look similar, there is a key change in the way suction is controlled. The case uses an adjustable slot in lieu of the twisty standard end cap. Its pretty nifty in that it not only makes adjusting the level of suction easier but it also gives you much more control in adjusting the level of suction and the vacuum.

Defects...

This is the second sleeve that I have received that has had a small defect to the outer surface. A small line has been formed from the corner of the mouth where I suspect there was some latex already in the mould? Its minor and doesn't affect its use, but its disappointing nonetheless that their QC is missing these defects and shipping them out for purchase.

Experience & Performance - Time for a BJ (in theory)!

I'll get straight to the point...this doesn't feel anything like a blowjob. Ripping the band-aid right off at at the start of this review. Don't go into this thinking oh my god I need my dick sucked and this is going to satisfy my itch, it just wont. Yes the exterior is nice, but the interior textures really do not replicate the feeling. Overall the sleeve itself is actually pretty good, and apart from the entry details its just not anything like a blowjob.

Onto the good stuff.

Despite my negative first paragraph, there are actually a few things I really likes about this sleeve.

The Entry:

The entry here while not feeling realistic does feel pretty good, when using the sleeve to tease the teeth do a good enough job of raking across the head tickling the glans and frenulum while the pressure from the tongue forces the shaft upwards. The throat then constricts considerable putting pressure on the underside of the shaft before entering the main chamber. It was fun to tease with this section before delving deeper.

The Rings:

The second chamber is the featured rings. They aren't perfect but they do their job pretty well offering a bit of additional pressure along the shaft as you pass through. The pressure though is likely more to do with the large amount of material in this section rather than the rings themselves. Its novel and I enjoyed the extra stimulation here.

The Canal - Chamber 1:

Here the canal starts constricting maintaining pressure on the shaft (actually maybe that's why the rings felt a bit lacklustre - they could have been tighter). This section was nice and inviting, hugging the penis as you moved in and out. The images of the sleeve make this look tighter than it is, I found that it was actually kind of loose, not bad, but its not super tight.

The Canal - Chamber 2 & 3:

I bloody loved these sections! Whoa - here's where things got fun. I found this section felt tight and the nubbly texture and cork screw detail really massaged the head and offered a lot of stimulation. As a guy who really enjoys having his head played with this really aroused me and I found myself cumming in no time.

Lube:

This thing is a slut for lube. I found that I needed to reapply several times because it just seemed to disappear. Where it went, who knows? It just seemed to dry out very quickly.

Sound:

The design change in the way suction control has been designed is almost perfect. Occasionally I have tested Fleshlights that rattle like crazy, to the point of it being distracting. The slot design really does helps keep the volume down though! There's no rattle at all!

Materials and care - It takes a while to dry...

There's not much new I can add to the method of cleaning, its all pretty standard if you own a masturbator. Wash, rinse, dry. That's about it. My only complaints with the version are you will need to allow a bit of extra time in the cleaning and drying stages due to the rings. I found that they created portions of the sleeve that were difficult to clean and also restricted airflow that prohibited efficient drying. For this sleeve I would recommend investing in a diatomite stick to help you get as much moisture out as possible before storing away.

Packaging - Same / Same

Gone is the discrete packaging of the "Girls" range, in its place is something that looks like it came from the mid 90's. Its all blue, gaudy and flashy with in your face graphics and extra design flourishes. I don't love it if I'm being honest, and I think it cheapens the product somehow.

The information is however informative, giving a good indication of the product and its features. Including overviews on the opening, rings, and suction control methods, as well as a detailed section of the sleeve itself. Information wise its fine, I just think it could have been better designed. Then again who is buying these for the box?

Price

Although there is a high cost at around $100 AUD, I think I would buy this sleeve just for the case. The added level of suction control and lack of rattle alone have really sold me on the revised case design. And although I cant say that the rings added a huge amount of additional sensations that couldn't be achieved with a tighter section, I applaud Fleshlight in taking risks and try something different. Overall I think the experiment has been worth it.
