Of all the Fleshlights I’ve tried, none really compare to the level of detail on this unit. Ok so here's the thing, I enjoyed this sleeve a lot...quite a lot actually. It's not the tightest of sleeves but it was the way the Ethereal felt in chamber 3 that really solidified my thoughts on this unit and kept me coming back for more.

To begin the canal starts with a tight, smooth opening that mimics the resistance of a real vaginal entrance. This initial squeeze is firm and instantly stimulating, making penetration feel authentic coupled with the butterfly-style moulded lips it also adds a bit of psychological realism before you even enter.

1. First Chamber - Right after entry, you hit a narrow ribbed section that grips the shaft. The ribs create a massaging sensation on both thrust-in and pull-out as the opening reduces in size. You at the end of this section the sleeve shifts and pushes upwards applying pressure onto the base of the shaft.

2. Second Chamber - The canal opens into a wider pocket-like chamber with substantial dotted nubs across the surface. I would say that this section is quite loose compared to other sleeves I've used, if you're expecting a super tight sensation along the length of the sleeve I would look elsewhere, for those who are after a gentler but still engaging time read on.

3. Third Chamber - Another tighter, textured tunnel, this one lined with cross-ribbing. Provides friction and a noticeable “squeeze” effect, especially around the mid-shaft. This was my favourite part of the Ethereal sleeve (if you have read my other reviews, you would know I am a huge fan of frenulum stimulation), the nub at the base of sleeve would hit just right and when using short and quick strokes had me ready to blow in no time. Now again, this is specific to me, I really enjoy this type of stimulation and regularly use toys that hit this spot, I recommend the Ethereal however depending on the type of stimulation you enjoy this may not be for you, I recommend reading other reviews as different fleshlights hit different spots.

4. Final Section / End Chamber - The canal tapers again with smaller ribs and bumps. This end zone adds extra stimulation for those who thrust fully in (I just make it). Combined with the adjustable suction cap, this chamber can feel like a deep, snug vacuum that pulls you back in with every stroke as it gently caresses the head.

Even during extended use, I found there was minimal noise from both the lube and the valves at the top, which produced minimal sound, making the experience discreet. This allows you to fully focus on the sensations without distraction, which is especially appreciated in a toy designed for both realistic texture and immersive stimulation.

Overall there is minimal noise if used under a heavy comforter and almost zero with a door closed when used gently, obviously if you were really hammering it expect to be able to hear something. As a side note I generally like to use my Fleshlights with their suction at maximum so keep in mind that noise generally isn't a huge issue for me regardless.

There’s really not much new to say about caring for a Fleshlight, and this model is no exception—it’s easy to clean and store. After use, a simple rinse with warm water and a small amount of mild soap or dedicated toy cleaner is all that’s needed. Patting the sleeve down with a towel, letting it air-dry, and finishing with a light dusting of corn-starch ensures the material stays soft, smooth, and ready for the next session.

My only minor gripe is that Fleshlights tend to feel stickier after washing compared to some competitors. It’s not a deal-breaker by any means, but that application of corn-starch (or proprietary Renewing powder - which is really just bagged corn-starch) is essential to restore the sleeve to its ideal soft texture and keeping it prepped for its next use.

Packaging

What was the unboxing experience like?

The packaging is standard for the girls range, it's straightforward and informative. The front shows the porn star Eliza holding her Fleshlight, one side gives a cutaway view of the internal sleeve, and the back and adjacent sides showcase the exterior and available accessories. Inside the box, you’ll find a vip card, a booklet and a small sample of lube to get started. The Fleshlight also comes with an internal rod to hold the shape of the sleeve, remember to take this out before you stick your dick in!

The overall presentation is clean and minimal, doing exactly what it needs to: introduce the product clearly without being flashy or over the top.

Price - A butterfly worth buying

The Ethereal as with all Fleshlights has its own perks and pitfalls. Whilst being an impressive sleeve, especially in the sensations in the third section, the middling middle may turn some buyers off. Overall though I highly recommend this sleeve if your looking for something a little gentler whilst still providing sufficient pressure to achieve climax - given the unique feel of the sleeve I feel it is definitely worth the $115 AUD price of admission.
