Cons
- Maintenance can be tricky
- Can take a while to dry
Design
This fleshlight has a great realistic design, with a textured butthole entrance, and a glimpse of pussy just below. Megan Rain's signature is also embossed to the side so you know exactly who you're looking at. The outer casing is white shiny plastic with a large top lid that covers the entrance, and locks into place with a short twist. The bottom cap unscrews and allows for variable airflow during use. The design is almost iconic now, so I wouldn't say it's very discreet, especially with the Fleshlight branding on the case. It does feel high quality though, the TPE sleeve itself has some heft to it and there were no nicks or defects on it. The case itself is solid plastic and it feels quite sturdy.

Experience
Using this sleeve is amazing, it's very stimulating and the realistic entrance really adds to the experience. The interior texture is fairly tight but as someone on the girthier side I didn't have any issues using it because of how soft and stretchy the TPE is. The texture has some variation throughout, but I can't say I notice a huge difference in the different sections. The first couple sections have different sized bumps and the last has straight edged bars, and there are tighter ridges interspersed to add some variety. Throughout the whole sleeve there's a lot of stimulation both for the head and shaft. The entrance itself has a nice tightness to it also which feels great.
You do need a decent amount of lube for this, and I would recommend adding it to the sleeve before using it, because that tight entrance ring kind of squeezes off some of it. Because of all the various bumps and ridges you kind of loose lube to the sleeve and I'd generally say it takes a little more than some other options.
The bottom cap also controls the suction, where unscrewing it more reduces and makes it easier to stroke, but adds to the noise. I find that changing this up during use adds some extra variety. If you want higher suction though try unscrewing the cap first, fully inserting, and then screwing the cap down more so that you can get rid of the air inside.
Overall I really like the texture and and it'll definitely be added to my rotation. Most sleeves have an entrance modeled on a pussy and the anal option just adds some great variety.

Materials and care
This is a TPE sleeve, so it does take some effort and specific care to keep it pristine. After every use you'll need to clean it properly by rinsing it thoroughly and use a very gentle soap or toy cleaner. Some soaps can actually cause the TPE to break down so you'll need to be careful about what products you use. Because of all the bumps and ridges it also takes a while to dry, so if you have a drying rod or way to hang this it would help a lot. I often use a rolled up paper towel to help wick away moisture or just pull it through to dry it quickly. If you put it away while still moist it can get moldy which you'd definitely want to avoid.
The other consideration is lube - you have to use water based lube only. Silicone or oil based lubes can destroy the TPE so definitely avoid those, including hybrid lubes. They include a sample of Fleshlight branded lube in the box, but any other water based lubes should be fine.

Packaging
The packaging is pretty simple, just a cardboard box with some little cardboard circle cutouts to hold it centered in the box. The outside of the box shows off the design, and Megan Rain herself, along with some instructions. I kind of wish it had a more premium unboxing experience considering the price, but if that would add to the cost I can't complain too much. As is, the toy came without any damage so it clearly works well enough!

Price
While the price of Fleshlights are a little high, I think the premium materials are really hard to beat, and it's generally worth the price. It's $80 at retail, but 3rd party shops often have sales or coupons that bring it down. If you can get it at closer to $60 I would say that's great value.
