Right off the bat, the transparency is strikingly different than the standard flesh color, for better or for worse. The whole toy is just about 4 1/2" long including the caps, and the insertable length is about 3 1/2", which isn't a lot of space to work with considering you lose a bit of internal texture to the toy's dual ends. Each side has a realistic opening modeled after Riley Reid, either her vagina or ass. Since this is a branded toy, her signature is embedded on the side of the vagina opening. I will say the immersion is slightly broken by it being transparent instead of flesh colored. I think the effect could be much better on a longer toy where you can see more movement within the toy, but for such a short toy it's slightly wasted. The plastic is also transparent, including the end caps, and it just takes a short turn to take them off or click them back into place. Overall it feels high quality, though you can't help but make comparison to the full size toys.
Unfortunately, I didn't feel a ton of stimulation with this toy though the compact nature means it's also tighter than the standard models. For people on the smaller side this could be a great option though, especially being able to choose the entrance tightness between the looser vagina or tighter ass openings. For people on the larger side, I honestly would not recommend it for solo play. I think it could be fun for a partner to use on you, either for some hands on foreplay, or even during oral.
Slow strokes with a focus on the head work reasonably well to actually feel the sleeve's internal texture, but once it gets further down the shaft you lose most of that texture. Because it's short, for people with longer members you'll kind of pop out the other side and lose both texture and immersion which isn't great.
It also requires a fair bit more lube than you would think, in part because the clear SuperSkin material is stickier than the standard Fleshlight material. The SuperSkin material itself is just as soft as other Fleshlights, which I've generally found the best out of any competitor's TPE variant. Another big reason though is the toy's dual ended nature, there is more air exposure from both sides which means the lube dries out quicker. I think this is the same reason for it being a more noisy toy too, the combo of more lube and less material to absorb the noises means this is not at all discreet in use.
Overall I think this is just a toy with a specific use case, and if you're looking for your first Fleshlight this wouldn't be my first recommendation.
At the retail price of $39.95, this is a much cheaper entry in the Fleshlight lineup than their classic toys. At half the size, it makes sense that this would be priced lower and I think it's appropriate for what you get. These frequently go on sale on 3rd party websites also, so keep an eye out to get it for closer to $30. Spending near $80 for a full Fleshlight can be harder to stomach, and if you're on a strict budget this could be a decent option for a first toy, but just know it can't compare to the full sized options.
Like any other TPE toy, you should use water and a gentle anti-bacterial toy cleanser to clean after every use. Let it dry thoroughly inside and out before storing, and be aware that some water might get trapped between the outside of the sleeve and the plastic case too so you might want to take it out for drying. Because this is a shorter fleshlight and meant to be double ended, it's actually much easier to clean and dry. There is more airflow between the two ends, but some water does still get trapped in the textured parts within the sleeve so give it a good shake and you might want to use a drying rod or push a rolled up paper towel through to wick away moisture. The dual end caps make it easy to seal and store for next time. I'll note that I did find this toy quite a bit stickier than other Fleshlights or similar TPE toys I have, and I'm not sure if that's from a lack of powder at the factory, or if this transparent material is just inherently more sticky.
