Fun Factory Manta Review: An Interesting Experience

Design

The Manta is well made from body safe silicone and the surface is smooth and soft. The handle part with the buttons is plastic though, but that shouldn't be coming in contact with any parts of your body. Although it toy is ergonomic, it is also a bit confusing as to how to use it when incorporating it into sex as the size becomes a bit of an issue. But like I said before, It may just need some practice in using it. The toy is also a dust magnet. Keep it in a box or something clean because it does not come with a case.

Experience

This toy felt amazing. The vibrations are super rumbly and powerful and I don't know how any man can use level 6 for any extended period of time. Use it with lube or just go for it without - you can do what you want and you will be amazed.

Quality

The quality of the Manta stroker is high. The product is weighty and it is well made. However, with mine, the silicone on the wings was not properly smooth (you can see in the picture). I don't think this affects anything, but if the toy costs $80, I expect it to be flawless.

Price

The toy comes in at $80 on Amazon which is reasonably priced for a quality toy I'd say. That being said, the Manta does not come with any sort of travel bag or case, which can be a deal breaker for some. Many people expect some sort of bag when purchasing a toy of this caliber, but although it is not discreet, you can keep it in it's box.

Performance

The Manta 100% lived up to expectations. The sensations are amazing both solo and as a couples toy, but the battery life is terrible for the length of time it takes to charge. I thought my unit was bad, but I looked on the website and it says the charging time is 6-8 hours for 40-120 mins of play, so I guess that is just what it is...

Packaging

The packaging is neat and modern and I have to say that I enjoyed the unboxing experience. Inside the box you'll fine the manual, a sexy game, the toy and a charger in the iconic red color.

Materials and care

The silicone is smooth which means that cleaning is easy, but there is a groove that gets lube and more in it that needs to be cleaned with a wipe or a cloth. The silicone is smooth though so it isn't a problem to clean, it is just more care than most other toys.

Special feature

One special feature which is necessary on this toy as the buttons protrude from the body which makes them easy to bump on is a 'travel mode'. This locks the toy off so that it needs to be unlocked before it is used again.
