My verdict
Enter the world of state-of-the-art, motorized Scandinavian male masturbation with The Handy. From its big black box discreet packaging to the heavyweight apparatus that holds the cup-like ribbed sleeve that connects you to the unit via its 'TruGrip' band, really what doesn’t this jerk-offer do?
Online you can hook up to the 'Handyverse' (QR Code included with the instructions) and synchronize the machine to video and VR headsets. In this mode, you can also have a partner manipulate your strokes and speed via remote control.

Design
Hard case packed in a discreet black box, secure TruGrip band around the back, a comfortable squishy sleeve that's ribbed nicely inside (might be a little snug for a guy really packing); this is a tight, solid masturbator that delivers exactly how it looks.
I would have liked the buttons on the Handy's face to have been a little easier to toggle between my fingers. And although I know the Handy couldn't really have been made any lighter for what it is, my criticism with these machine-male strokers (especially one's with motors) is that after a while the things get heavy, even though it needs to be designed the way it is.
One big bonus in the design is that the sleeve of the Handy is actually pretty easy to detach, wash and dry inside out, so the clean-up here is a joy.
Inside that sturdy box you get the Handy itself, power unit w/plug, the sleeve and a "Quick Start," guide (inside that guide is the QR code and more instructions for getting online with this toy). All components are packed in hard cardboard structures, so this sex toy comes completely intact and ready-to-go with no assembly needed.
Experience
The Handy is a powerful and powered jerking-off toy. Given that, I thought I knew what I was in for, but I was surprised.
This ain't your daddy's vibrator, that's for sure!
First of all, the various speeds and vibrations here (I got through some of them on return insertions, there's more to come...and cum) pretty much sent me into orbit each time I used the Handy.
Hooking up to the web to what they call the 'Handyverse' is another techno-tug extravaganza altogether! And when you do so, you have a remote-control mode a friend can use.
Believe me, I am looking around already for a friend to help me out.
Using this masturbator on or offline, both are mind-blowing.
The drawbacks I found....
Firstly, when the stroking gets going things can get a little loud. You have to be careful who is near when you use the Handy unless you want somebody coming to give you a handy with this toy.
Secondly, the Handy is heavy, and it takes a bit to fit into the thing and set it on yourself so you are comfortable. And you have to be careful, it does move fast when it gets going, I had to make sure I was locked in securely.
Thirdly, there is a lot to do to get the Handy delivering the way it's meant to. Sure, the vibrations work fine and there are plenty of modes, but I just don't know if I am going to take this thing out, fit in, strap-on and power-up every time I want to whack it.
But overall, this machine delivers consistent good strumming, it's plug and play (no battery or USB plug charging here) and the sleeve is just snug enough and stimulating.
Quality
This is a sturdy, top-of-the-line, modern-age male stroker. The quality of this unit, inside and out, from the strong little plug-in motor powering a bunch of vibrations and speeds, to the ability you have to hook the Handy to the net to the all-around construction of the motorized shaft and spongey sleeve you get yourself into, attached by the machine's never-let-you-go TruGrip band; this is a well-built machine of high-end construction.
You do indeed get quality for what this is and for how much you pay for the Handy.
Price
Ok, here is where we separate the men from the boys...or just those of us who don't want to pay this much for solo pleasure.
The Handy is a pricy unit, there's no denying this fact. Although you get a lot of 'stroke for your buck' with this jerking machine, there is no disguising the fact that up around the $200. price range, even with discounts or shopping around, this is a costly toy.
But do you get what you pay for with the Handy?
What it really comes down to is: Do you enjoy this kind of powered experience in exactly this way? If you answer yes to that question, then, yes, you are getting your money's worth with the Handy.
It's just that a machine this well-built, that does all the Handy does, is going to cost what it costs.
This is a great machine but prepare to plunk down a few bucks for the experience.
