My verdict

Honestly, it's not the worst product in the world. It's okay- there are just so many options that are better for cheaper. I can concede that maybe the thumping just wasn't to my personal interest. I can concede that maybe the design, while I consider flawed, can still be pleasurable to the right person. What frustrates me most is just the slightly sketchy business tactics Bellesa practices. I know these tricks are nothing new, but Bellesa likes to tout itself as a company that cares about community, 'closing the pleasure gap,' and female empowerment. All this padding just makes them feel all that more deceptive. But I've only ever purchased one product from them, so who knows? Maybe they've got other toys that'd blow me away if I gave them a try. I'll just never find out.

Pros

Interesting and unusual stimulation concept
High quality silicone, very luxurious feeling

Cons

Poor design
It's a hard hit or miss- either you like the sensation, or you don't
Site reviews are unreliable

The Bad

This was my first time purchasing and seeing a toy with a "thump" feature and after giving it a couple tries, I can see why the design never got popular. The shape of the shaft is meant to stimulate your G-Spot, and while other toys would usually insert a vibrator in the curve, the G-Thump opts for a 'drumming' sensation instead. In practice, the drumming was much too subtle to actually feel anything.

Alright, maybe it's just not for me. At least there's dual stimulation so I can focus more on clitoral pleasure, right? The clitoral vibrator has a unique flared design that's probably meant to guide the clitoris to where the vibrations strongest. In reality, all it really does is restrict the toy to a specific body type. If, like me, you have a vagina that doesn't perfectly align with the shape of the toy, you're shit outta luck. The flared design forces you to align the toy in a specific position in order to feel any stimulation, with no room for error or flexibility. In order for me to align it properly, I had to bend the flange back or hold the vibrator at an uncomfortable angle.

Most toys with this type of clitoral stimulation have the vibrator placed at a 'point,' or at a flexible position that will accommodate different body types. It's simple but it works quite well. Bellesa's design looks pretty, sure, but I find it to be pretty nonfunctional. With its design flaws and lackluster thumping strength, the G-Thump by Bellesa feels more like an expensive, glorified dildo that offers more frustration than pleasure.

The Good

I feel like I should give it some credit for the materials. The silicone does feel smooth and quite pleasant to the touch. It's easy to clean, waterproof, and easy to charge. The packaging was nice too.

And all in all, it does kinda do its job. You can still squeeze some pleasure out of it just by using it as a dildo or vibrator, but considering the cost? There are a thousand better options out there. Hell, you can buy a cucumber for like a dollar and get a similar result.

So what exactly is the price? How much did the G-Thump by Bellesa cost? Well, let's get into that.

Bellesa

I was able to buy this product for a whooping 50% off. If you go on their site now, you can also buy it for 50% off. Not in a rush? Sure, come back next week, or next month, or anytime you feel like it and get it for 50% off.

Bellesa has a perpetual sale that never ends. I bought this product last year and every time I've looked at their site, they have a 50% off deal going on. It's not generosity, it's deception. They've marked up their products to be double the price and offer 50% off deals to make you feel like you're getting a deal when you're really just paying the regular retail "worth." Without the "sale," the G-Thump by Bellesa is $120, without tax or shipping. With the sale, it's a more reasonable $60- a price I'd expect from a brand that refers to itself as luxury.

The high-quality silicone does make the product feel like it's worth $60, but the poor design leaves much to be desired. Admittedly, I ended up taking a risk with this product because of the abundance of positive reviews it had. But I have a feeling that Bellesa deletes poor reviews and writes positive ones. The product has over 100 reviews and nearly all of them are 4 stars+. The review I wrote never made it on the site.
