Design
Sparkles, glow-in the dark, purple? It's like a dream~
Overall for design, its pretty run of the mill, the thing that makes it unique for sure are the sparkles and the glow in the dark feature. The glow in the dark is QUICK to charge, especially if you have a UV light. What surprised me at first was that it was the purple part that glows and not the clear part like most other toys, so instead of the classic green glow it has this soft, but pretty bright, blue glow.
However, despite its design, the suction cup isn't great. It hardly lasts when using it and you cant use the suction cup if you have the vibrator in.
Speaking of the vibrator, it's not a great vibrator. It does have multiple vibrations, but it isn't super strong, especially if it is inside the dildo. Considering the vibration is coming from the bottom of the dildo, it doesn't travel up very well and isn't super strong.

Quality
With silicone this soft, you cannot tell the difference when its inside.
Compared to most of the other silicone toys I have, this doesn't feel as cheep as it is compared to a toy I spent over $100 on. The silicone is extremely soft to the touch and I have never had a problem with it pulling hairs, even without lube! However, the vibrator feels like and is probably plastic. Its vibrations are about as great as you can expect a single AAA battery bullet vibrator to provide. So overall I would say the quality is an 8/10 because it looks like- but doesn't feel- cheap.

Price
$39.99 on Spencers.com
Now like I have said before, I got this during a BOGO sale and this wasn't the vibrator I ended up paying for or went to get in the first place. But for $40, it may look cheaper, but it feels like more!
Now lets pretend I didn't get it during the deal, $40 isn't what I would pay for this. It is advertised as a vibrating dildo and so it is priced as such, that's fair. However, looking at other vibrating dildos listed, when you're spending $40 it looks like you're spending $40 on a vibrating dildo. Looking at regular dildos, this matches other dildos listed around $20! Keep this in mind when looking at other vibrating dildos around $40 that I would recommend this to someone who is unsure about vibrating dildos but knows they like regular diildos, the removable vibrator brings freedom to either use or dont use and to replace with a better one, or even to someone who is sensitive to vibrations.

Materials and care
The easiest dildo to clean, I swear!
Now this dildo is made of body safe silicone and is phthalate- and latex-free. It's safe to use with water based lubes, and is super easy to clean up. It's recommended to use antibacterial sex toy wipes, and that's what I use for the vibrator, but for the dildo itself I just toss it in water and clean it with a mild soap and just let it air-dry. That's it! As long as you make sure it's completely dry inside the vibrator hole before inserting the vibrator (that feels like a euphemism).

Performance
While it feels AMAZING, there's still a reason its a 4/5...
With the combination of the super soft silicone and the perfect sized head, it feels absolutely DEVINE! However, there are still some drawbacks...
As stated before, its a HUGE design flaw that you cannot use the the suction cup while the vibrator is in. If you're expecting this to be a traditional vibrating dildo, I wouldn't plan on it. When I use it with the vibrator, it does add some firmness, but with the vibrator being located at the bottom, the vibrations are weak, even on its strongest setting. Also the fact that when the vibrator is in, it's extremely difficult to remove.
Now some pluses that I think make up for it is that you can insert any bullet vibrator and I have tried it with other vibrators, and my qualms with the weak vibrations were solved. So I definitely recommend getting a stronger bullet vibrator if you're wanting this to be a mainly vibrating dildo. However, I do not prefer that, and I think it is a FANTASTIC soft and flexible dildo that still pushes on all the right spots.

Concluding Thoughts
Overall, if you have never tried a vibrating dildo and are looking for an easy start that can comfortably be used as a non vibrating dildo, this would be my recommendation! It has a lifelike feel with the whimsy of glow in the dark sparkles, and the option for strap on, vibration, or good ol manual mode.
In conclusion a solid 4/5 for me.
