This is extremely well made and very high quality, as I have come to expect from House of Denial products.
The belt loops make it extremely easy to attach a strap without it taking up space on the back ring.
For me, this is about controlling my "clit's" movements. As a pre-op trans woman i dont like it "standing to attention". And as a kinky b*tch, making it appear FLAT, controlling it, denying it pleasure and giving a bit of pain at the same time is just a perfect thing to do.
Cis men who are slaves and/or sissy's will enjoy this for the emasculation just like a Trans woman,
It's easy to clean, you can pee through it.... Carefully! Sitting down and taking it slowly, then wiping as washing afterwards. So if you (or at least you Dom/me) are determined then it can be worn 24/7 if you are brave.
Not for beginners or the fainthearted, but extremely worth the price!!!!
