Design
Right off the bat, I have to mention that this is a pretty large device. It comes in at 1.1 kg or about 2.5 pounds, and 220x130x146mm (8.6x5.1x5.7 inches), and that's before you even factor in the stroker that you're going to slot in. With a stroker added in also you might be adding around another 800g or 1.7 lbs. The body of the device is made of black plastic, with a little silicone rim at the bottom where you might have it resting against you. There's a large open slot in the middle for a stroker to fit into, and those lock into grooves on the interior with just a twist. With the thinner section of the device facing you there are up/down buttons on the left and right, and on the back there is a power button and a tiny mode button right above it. The up/down buttons on the left control the length of the stroke, and those on the right control the speed. On the back side right below the power and mode buttons there is an open groove where the table clamp slots into, and in the top part of that groove there is a micro-USB port for charging. Overall it feels very high quality, the plastic doesn't feel cheap, and the whole things feels quite sturdy and well designed. It doesn't have handles though so if you smaller hands you might struggle a little bit with keep a solid hold. I found that even with a stroker inserted, you can slip your hand into the top section and hold the thicker part of the rim to use as a makeshift handle.

Experience
I had a great time using this device, it definitely has its quirks, but overall I'm a big fan. So first of all, it's primarily compatible with Kiiroo's Feel or FeelStars line of strokers, but you can actually buy an adapter case to use with other sleeves (like Fleshlights) with the Keon also. If you're able to fit another sleeve you have into a Feel case with the correct grooves to lock into place in the Keon you could get away with that too. I personally used their Lacy Lennon stroker that I've previously reviewed. It has a 75mm or ~3in stroke length which obviously isn't the largest, but I found that it was plenty for me, and probably most people. It can go all the way up to 230 strokes per minutes, which is obviously quite fast, but I'll note that the faster you go the more quickly the battery is used up. It has anywhere from a 30 minute to 2 hour battery life, so if you keep it moderate you can easily get a long play session out of it, or even a few shorter ones. It does about 4 hours to charge after though which isn't great.
Considering this is a fairly heavy device, I had the best luck using it two different ways: with the table clamp attached to a sturdy desk, or laying down. Now one of the big draws of this device is that it's able to sync with online content primarily via their app. I found that their app was decent but a little barebones, and while you get a free trial of their synced up content service, I went looking for other options. There is a 3rd party open-source software called Intiface that lets you connect up the Keon and then use it with a ton of other content including other video syncing options and even games. I was able to use it with one of those other free video syncing options, and with the table clamp holding it in place it was amazing. Having the device automatically follow what's going on in the video really adds a level of immersion that you just can't beat. It's able to vary the speed and length of the strokes automatically and with POV videos or others it works incredibly well. The table clamp works fairly well, but I wouldn't say it's the highest quality, and I had a little trouble getting it positioned well and to stay tightened properly. This could have just been an issue with my particular set up, so take that with a grain of salt. Using the device while laying down and just resting against me upright worked really well also though. You can also manually control the stroking via the app or the buttons on the left and right of the device. The app even lets you give control to someone else via a link, so if you have a long-distance partner this could be a great way to have some fun remotely.
You obviously need a liberal amount of lube in the stroker sleeve for this device to work well, so just be aware of that, and it can be a little tricky if you get lube on your hands especially since there aren't any handles on the device itself. Keep a towel or something handy to wipe off, and along with the lube itself because you'll need more than you think.
I'll note also that it is a pretty noise device, I would not recommend it for discreet use. The mechanical motor noise can be loud, and if you go up to higher speeds it just gets worse. Pair that with the noise from the stroker itself and the whole setup kind of announces itself. I even found that the noise was ruining immersion a bit, so I used noise cancelling headphones.

Materials and care
So one of the best parts of this device is that it requires minimal cleaning, because the sleeve contains all the mess. I'm not going to go into details on cleaning the sleeve because I've already talked through that in other reviews. The Keon itself is mostly hard plastic so just a little wipe down with a damp cloth or paper towel is enough if you get some lube or other things on it. It actually cannot be submerged so don't try to wash it or use it in the shower.
I do want to talk about charging, specifically their disappointing use of microUSB, which has been phased out for a very long time. This device was originally released in 2020, and other device manufacturers (like phones or laptops) had started using USB-C by 2017-2018. At this point I really would have expected a revision with that change, because I don't have a single device in my home besides this that still uses microUSB. The port on the device itself was a little fiddly to get the cable into also, and between all that and the charge time, the charging experience is just quite poor.

Packaging
The Keon came in a dual layer cardboard box, basically an outer layer with the all the designs that you see below, and then once you slide that off you can get to the brown cardboard box with the actual device inside. The box only came with the Keon itself, a microUSB cable, tiny booklet with basic info about the device, and an envelope with a free trial offer for their synced content website. Strangely both the tiny pamphlet and the envelope had outdated offers from either 2023 or 2024. There wasn't even an instruction manual, just a QR code linking to their website. I wouldn't say it was a particularly premium unboxing experience, especially considering the price point, but it was relatively compact which I can appreciate considering how large and heavy the toy already is. I got the version with just the Keon on it's own, so the option with the sleeve also might be different. I would have liked to see something more

Price
I think now, almost 5 years after it's initial release, it's retail price of $250 makes it hard to recommend. But with frequent sales bringing it down to $175 or lower, it gets a little easier. I think there are likely other options on the market to consider also, and there are even open-sourced or DIY options now that are likely cheaper or more functional. That said this is a relatively compact device compared to some others (like the Fleshlight Launch), and it can still handle full sized sleeves (unlike some of those DIY options or the Handy). Overall, it's a serious contender on the market, and if you can get it for under $200 I would still recommend it.
