Design and feel - sleek and simple.
The Power Blow is an add-on device designed for the Kiiroo line of strokers, built to simulate a blowjob-like experience. It attaches directly to the stroker body and integrates seamlessly with the system, extending its functionality with strong, rhythmic suction. The unit itself is constructed from sturdy black ABS plastic with a sleek, matte finish that matches the stroker’s body. It feels solid in the hand and blends well aesthetically, keeping with Kiiroo’s modern look.
Let’s start with the good news -the suction on the Kiiroo Power Blow is STRONG! Out of the box, it delivers a consistent vacuum effect that adds a lot of intensity to each session. If you’re someone who enjoys a firm, deep pull sensation, this toy absolutely delivers in that department, It pulls you in wont let go, the downside to this is that unless you are using the lowest setting, its incredibly loud.
Control is kept minimal and straightforward. On the top of the device, you’ll find a single power button and a ring LED indicator light which cycles to show the current setting, letting you know at a glance which mode you’re in. On the sides there are a pair of up/down buttons used to manually control the suction intensity and directly opposite a USB-C charging port.
While I wouldn't call this a "blowjob" feel by any stretch of the imagination, it was still enjoyable. I tested the PowerBlow unit with my Victoria June - Mouth stroker, it seemed like a logical choice to mimic the feeling that this was going for.

Set-up and installation
Installation is a bit more involved than I would have liked. You can't just screw it on the top and go to town, multiple components need to be installed prior to use including internal sleeves, rubber rings and absorbent foam, reading the manual is a necessity and could be frustrating for first-time users or those who prefer plug-and-play simplicity. It's nothing world ending but is something to keep in mind.
It's also worth noting that this product is only compatible with the Kiiroo range of strokers, don't go buying this thinking you can add it to a Fleshlight. It just wont work.

App Usage and operation
The PowerBlow has three main modes of operation:
Bluetooth Mode - Indicated by a blue light on the led, is the main way you will interact with the device and allows you to connect via Bluetooth to the FeelConnect app. Simply hold down the power button for four seconds and wait for it to connect. You can then use the interactive features, remote control and set up programs.
Manual Mode - Indicated by a white LED, simply allows you to manually control the amount of suction.
Automatic Mode - Indicated by a pink LED, give you a simple automatic pattern that repeats itself in a loop, there is no control over length of suction, only the intensity via the up/down buttons.
Note: The reliance on app connectivity means that your phone or tablet is always part of the experience. For some that’s a positive, especially if you already use interactive content, but for others, it might feel like an unnecessary extra step. With minimal functionality without the app, you are almost forced to use it to get the most out of the product.
Interactive Content
In my opinion this is where the toy is really let down. The experience (tested without other accessories like the Keon automatic stroker) is delayed, expensive and not lifelike at all and I would go as far to say that the free videos in the feel connect app were some of the worst experiences I've had with a suction type toy, It just wasn't realistic at all and I expected better from the included content.
Picture this - your watching a cute girl go to town with a sloppy blowjob, you can see her mouth move up and down the shaft - and yet the suction from the toy is delayed several seconds and doesn't match up at all with the intensity. It's a real deal breaker and completely ruins the immersion. I had a similar experience when syncing some of the available free interactive Pornhub videos, the interactive content just doesn't sync properly.
This experience may be improved through the use of an automatic stroker and I will update this portion of the review if I am able to test one out in the future.
Interactive content is also expensive at $40 a month with Virtual Real Porn, yes they have sales on every now and then. But this is a substantial expense and one that (given the quality of the free videos) I am not sold on.
A control alternative - The XToys App
While I wasn't at all impressed with the Feel Connect app, I did have a much better time with an app called XToys.
Its simple, easily controlled and provides a huge number of pre-made patterns, some of which have been set up to work with specific video content. Despite is basic look it was a much easier to use program which improved the entire experience.

Materials and care
While the unit appears to be well designed and does not feel brittle keep in mind that it is not at all waterproof so cannot be taken into the shower or washed. While there is an absorbent foam liner inside the mechanism that is easily cleaned, I was concerned that if excessive lube was used or the stroker was placed with the entry facing upwards lube could make its way inside the pump and cause the unit to fail.
Overall though, all it needs is a wipe down in the even that you get some lube on the outer casing.
Packaging
The package here was much smaller than I had anticipated measuring only 72mm high x 78mm deep. There's nothing revolutionary here, a simple folded box lid opens to expose a couple of manuals and a rubber ring, the unit itself sitting in the plastic insert and below that an additional foam absorber and an included USB cable.
The only complaint here, is that the insert looks like a piece of the packaging and I initially missed it until I read the instructions. This could have been avoided by including a sticker on the parts to ensure they are not thrown out.

Price
I'll be honest, I think there are better toys to spend your money on...
Yes, I found that there are alternative apps to use that improve the experience but on its own merits the PowerBlow really let me down. The failure of interactive content and reliance on apps hampers what could have been a great experience and while not terribly expensive at around $70 AUD, the suction alone really just doesn't cut it.
