Cons

Design
These cuffs look great. They're black, which I prefer in a BDSM toy, and have a very simple design, which I also appreciate. They look good during play, which is definitely a bonus.
They're also designed in a way that's very easy to use. In my experience, cuffs can be kind of finicky to get on and off and take you out of the moment. Buckles, keys, velcro, etc. takes a minute to fasten. These take only a second to put on. They're slightly stretchy which aids in putting them on, but not so stretchy your hands will slide out.

Quality
These cuffs are silicone and feel very strong. I could pull on them pretty hard and I don't think they'd break or split. Being silicone, they are also hypoallergenic, so no issues with contact dermatitis. They have a slightly rubbery feel to them, so a little bit less smooth than, say, a silicone dildo. For their size, they feel quite solid, but are definitely not as heavy as traditional cuffs made of leather or metal.
Experience
These are very enjoyable to use. My partner was easily able to put my hands in them and they stayed in. When I engage in BDSM, I typically like the FEEL of restraint, but don't like the idea that I couldn't get out even if I tried. What I like about these is that my hands feel like they will stay cuffed easily, I also know that I could get myself out if I truly needed. (It was that movie Gerald's Game - what if my husband died suddenly and I got stuck to the bed and no one came and I went crazy? Probably wouldn't happen but....you never know!)
They did pull on the skin around my wrists a little due to the slightly rubbery texture - that was good and bad, because it kept my hands from slipping out but could feel a little pinchy at times.
The main downside with these cuffs is that there isn't a good way to attach them to a stationary object, like a bedpost. The part between the cuffs is not long enough. I guess you could take a separate chain and attach it, but without MacGyvering it a little, you really can't. Having your partner hold them down is definitely effective, though.
These are our go-to travel cuffs. They don't set off security at the TSA, they're very small and barely take up any space in the suitcase, they fit on the tiniest of bedside tables, and they work!

Performance
These delivered for sure! I have a few sets of cuffs, and these are the ones I use the most. If I need to attach the cuffs to something, I go for my pair with a chain between them, but for the vast majority of purposes, these are the ones I grab. It's just really great that they take minimum effort and therefore minimally take you out of the moment.
I don't feel worried about them breaking or anything. I've had them for several years now and the silicone seems to be in just as good shape as it was when I got them.

Materials and care
The material of these cuffs feels okay on the skin. As I said, the slightly rubbery texture can do some pulling on the skin and arm hair, but that could be a plus for some people. For me, it's a tolerable inconvenience. I also haven't experienced any skin irritation from these. Since they're silicone, cleaning them is super easy. They do periodically need to be cleaned because the silicone tends to pick up dust and fuzz. That isn't a sanitary issue or anything since these just go on the wrists, not on the genitals, but it's an aesthetic concern (easily addressed with a quick wash in the sink).
They really require next to no maintenance, beyond a rinse if they get dusty.
Packaging
I wouldn't say the box was fancy or impressive or anything, but it was packaged adequately to protect the product while clearly displaying what it was. It came in a cardboard box (recyclable! Yay!) that noted the name of the product, the size purchased, and a brief product description on the front. The packaging also comes in different colors which is kind of fun.
The box was easy to open from the top and the product was simple to remove.

Price
These were not that expensive - I paid around $20 - and they get a ton of use. I have seen them sold at a lot of sex toy stores both in person and online, so they're widely available. For something this sturdy and versatile, I'd say it's a great value for anyone who wants to give cuffs a try, since it's not a huge investment; it's also really valuable for regular BDSM practitioners because of its convenience and durability.
