I love the care and detail the designers put into this product and I'm a pretty big fan of some of their other toys. But personally? It's a bit uninspired. I can't really fault it for that because it wasn't designed to be especially exciting. It was designed to be simple and it does that well. I have some issues with the bloated number of 'modes' it has, but in all fairness- that's a problem many vibrators have. All in all, I find that the ROMP: Hype is well priced and a quality toy. It's simple and beginner friendly. I just happen to not be the right customer for it. Whether or not you're the right customer is worth considering if you're thinking about trying this one out too.

It’s fully waterproof, so making sure the space between the ribs is free of debris and bacteria after use is easy. Plus you can have fun with it in the shower or bath. This is one of those toys I think you’d buy more for the aesthetic and kitsch than the efficacy. It would be nice to find a toy that hits both of these criteria successfully, but when it comes to a kitschy, themed toy, it’s just hard to do.
