In the grand scheme, the Satisfyer Mono Flex is a solid, middle-of-the-pack performer, its flexibility being its main claim to fame. The Womanizer Pro 40 was the first suction toy that we got for our collection and it was a favorite from the get go. The fact that it doesn't have pattern variations is not a con for us and the simplicity and ease of use makes it perfect for beginners and those new to this type of toy.
