My verdict

Sohimi’s Vortex P three spot stimulator toy is a beautiful, silky-skinned toy that left all of it’s users breathless and steeped in bliss. This toy is one of the most eager to serve toys I’ve seen in my time. The toy is quiet enough to be polite, and fits snugly inside, especially with the wide variety of vibration and licking settings (5 licking modes, 5 g-spot pulses, and 10 types of buzzings). I’ve seen many toys boast about having hundreds of settings, but at the end of the day quality always kneels beneath quality. The numbers are in the perfect sweet spot between variety and utility. In fact, even to the vibrating, dumb, and warm body it’s ease of use still isn’t lost to the pleasure it brings. The Vortex P is also a refreshing piece of fresh air to someone who needs more attention and care to actually enjoy myself- the toy’s functions not only change speed, but pattern and intensity rather than the standard increase in speed with constant pressure (pulse number four on the g-spot is one of my favorites). Despite how polite and loyal the Vortex P is, she does have her faults. She is advertised to work long distance, and intrigued, my and my boyfriend tried it out while I was out of the state. Despite doing every single thing we could, the toy wouldn’t connect. This was a major drawback for us, especially since we used to be more long distance. If remote control is the main reason you would like the Vortex P, I would advice against it. Not only this, but if working on all fronts, she lasts 15 minutes at most, and dies without warning. We have had this dim a few movements, but luckily the toy’s flexibility and comfortable fit makes a good fit for a reliable dildo instead. Although it is more fit for solo play, I have found that using it on someone else as a dildo can be an endless source of fun because of how sensitive the buttons are, but I can understand how that could be a downside for others.

Pros

Amazing arrays of licking, pulses, and vibration patterns!
Incredibly flexible and comfortable!
G-spot vibrations are ESPECIALLY amazing, even rocking edging patterns, leaving you dumb and happy.
Amazing for foreplay, and quickies.

Cons

Remote usage with the app is non-functional. If that’s the main draw, I’d reconsider.
This toy dies without any warning, and working at it’s hardest, dies in 15 minutes
The charging time is far longer than the usage time at worst.
Charger is contact based, and very easily flung off.

Experience

When buying the Vortex P, my boyfriend and I weren’t expecting much. At such a discount, could our expectations really be met or were we too hopeful? As it turns out, both were true. The Vortex P was advertised as working across long distance, and when we tried it, it ended up not working.

This really put a damper on our expectations for the product- did we just waste our money on something that ended up not being worthwhile? Was this a bad purchase? As it turned out, we were in luck.

The Vortex P works almost perfectly on it’s own, our experience with it was delightful. The vibrations, rumbling and licking mechanics ended up being more powerful than we expected, and it was a welcomed surprise. Not only that, but the learning curve was so smooth and easy, regular use became the only logical option.

The vibrations, rumbling, and licking aren’t oversaturated with modes that’re so similar it’s hard to tell them apart. I’ve found this problem on vibration apps, and other toys, but not on the Vortex P! Each mode on each part of the toy are distinct and easy to remember. It’s

always a plus when you feel like you don’t need a degree just to operate a toy.

Price

My boyfriend and I bought this product when it was on a sale, $25.99 dollars (compared to the original price of $65.99). This toy is around the same price range as most other products like it, but Sohimi frequently has sales on their products! If I was interested in buying the Vortex P, I’d suggest keeping an eye for any and all sales!

Performance

For a toy we bought from a site we never bought from before (especially on such a low price), we were amazed on how good the product performed. Although the long distance function didn’t work, we never doubted the toy’s capability and performance.

However, the charging time can ruin your enjoyment of the product.

The charging time is advertised as two hours, and the usage time is advertised as one. Luckily, the charging time is under an hour, but it’s at the cost of the toy rarely lasting for an hour.

This toy is not meant for long term usage, especially with more than one setting being used at a time. Especially since the magnetic charger is easily detachable- I can’t keep count of how many times I thought I left it charging, only for it to still be dead hours later.

Materials and care

The toy is made of silicone and is 100% water resistant, making it remarkably easy to clean. This is especially important for electronic toys, since sometimes the electronic parts make it hard for them to clean safely, especially since for a lot of materials, a boil is required for a good clean.

However, I’d make sure to take a q-tip, or something similar to clean the tongue, since it's a large blind spot and may need more attention to clean properly.
