Design and Quality
It's big and not particularly quiet
Let’s cut to the chase: the Svakom Sam Neo 2 Pro is unapologetically substantial weighing in at 743 grams of sucking power. From the moment you grip its solid chassis, you know this isn’t your average stroker. Its rumbly motor and strong suction deliver an almost “blowjob”–style intensity that ranks among the most thrilling toys I’ve ever tried.
The Sam Neo 2 Pro breaks down into two main components:
Main Body & Sleeve Assembly
A black hard outer housing with a nicely textured design encases the silky‑smooth, removable white silicone sleeve, the motor and suction pump.
Internally it houses a thick white internal sleeve, with a bumpy texture for a lifelike grip and sensation.
Heated Cap
Instead of pre‑warming under the tap, simply insert the included cap and turn it on to activate the built‑in heating rod which warms the sleeve to a about 38 degrees within a couple of minutes ensuring a more realistic sensation from the get‑go.
Whilst I found the motor suitably rumbly and the suctions incredibly strong, I did find this toy somewhat trickier to use than a standard stroker as it had a tendency to suck almost a little too hard and doesn't feature a pressure release valve. By no means is the suction bad or painful but when I was getting close to cumming, I found I wanted to increase stimulation along the length of the shaft but (at least the first time I used it) the strong suction really fought against me. Subsequent uses were more enjoyable when I just left the Sam do its thing and let her blow me.
My main concerns with the design are the weight and noise levels. At 743 grams, the Sam Neo 2 Pro is noticeably heavier than any toy I’ve used previously. While it can be operated with one hand, it’s definitely more comfortable and stable when supported with two - especially during longer sessions. The heft might be a consideration for some users depending on preference and endurance. It is also not a quite toy, the suction motor in particular is very loud, so long as you are in a single person household this isn't a issue, but if you have housemates the Sam Neo might be something that you use only when the house is empty. In testing even with covering the toy in a blanket and shutting the door, I could still head the unit work away. These are not dealbreakers for me, but you may wish to consider alternatives if weight or noise are an issue.

Experience and Performance
Solo Play
Operating the Sam Neo 2 Pro is fairly straightforward. On the top of the unit, you’ll find three clearly marked buttons: one for power, one for suction, and one for vibration. Once the device is turned on, pressing the centre button activates a unique “Climax Mode,” which drops both suction and vibration to their lowest settings - designed to help delay orgasm and extend your session.
In the name of science, I had to give her a proper test run. I applied a generous amount of water-based lube, queued up some blowjob content, and slid myself deep inside the sleeve. The sensations were immediate and intense—the combination of suction, internal nubs along the length of the sleeve and her rumbling vibrations felt impressive, its not realistic but I can confidently say I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the her as she pulled me in, sucked me dry, and then some.
Regarding the app there are a number of options available including present modes for vibration and suction length, music mode for syncing with music, touch mode which changes intensity based on where you have your finger, custom for personalized settings, sound mode for letting the toy react to your surroundings and group mode for creating "play" rooms with partners.
The standout in the app was the touch mode which allowed me to easily change the vibration level on the fly, overall most of the modes were fine with the exception of music mode which really didn't do much for me.
Partnered Play
The benefit of a WIFI enabled device is always syncing it up to an app and letting someone else take control. Thankfully I had some friends who were more than happy to oblige with helping me out with this review.
Setting up is simple, you create a room, provide the code to your partner and let them take control. Your partner is then able to move around the screen and control the level of suction and vibrations felt. Its a fun and novel way to interact with partners, especially if they are long distance, and like other interactive toys, sometimes its just the knowledge that your being played with by someone real that helps drive you over the edge.
Interactive Content
Okay so here's where these kind of toys are meant to get interesting. Through the 'Feel Connect' app you can sync the Sam Neo up to a variety of content both through websites like Feelxvideos and also Pornhub. Unfortunately this was possibly the buggiest aspect of the toy as the movements felt were not quite accurate enough and were not properly synced to the video. This could have been an issue with my internet connection though so it will require further testing at a later date. I have to wonder if the Alex Neo or Hannes Neo would be a better fit for interactive content given they are thrusting toys?

Materials and care
It's not impossible to clean but its also not the easiest
Whilst reasonable for the type of toy that this is, unlike open ended toys that allow you to flush the sleeve out from both ends, the Sam Neo requires a somewhat involved cleaning regime. After use I found it best to turn the sleeve fully inside out so that I could ensure that it was completely clean, unfortunately this was a little messy but it wasn't too difficult. Once the inside cleaned I left it to dry and was then able to turn it back the right way around so I could dry down any remaining water on the outside before storing the sleeve back inside that case and closing it up.
It’s not a major drawback, but you will need to give it a bit of time to dry between uses to avoid any lingering moisture, which could lead to mould or odors if neglected.
Packaging
A premium package
Overall, the Svakom Sam Neo 2 Pro arrives in a thoughtfully designed cardboard sleeve, featuring a clean product image on the front and detailed information in multiple languages on the sides and back. Sliding off the sleeve reveals a premium hard-cardboard inner box, complete with an embossed Svakom logo and an elegant silver-foil wave detail. The lid lifts away smoothly to reveal the toy nestled securely within a protective foam recess. At the bottom of the box, there’s a discreet cardboard insert that slides out, containing the charging cable and user manual.
The entire unboxing experience feels premium and well-crafted, and exactly what you’d expect for a toy at this price point. It sets the tone for a high-quality product right from the start.
Price
Yes - it was worth it
If you’re after a toy with incredibly strong suction and you enjoy blowjob-style sensations, the Sam Neo 2 Pro is absolutely worth considering. That said, keep in mind there’s no way to adjust the suction strength itself - only the frequency and pattern - so if you prefer something gentler, this might feel a little too intense.
In terms of price, the Sam Neo 2 Pro sits right in line with other premium hands-free toys on the market between $160 and $200. Sure, you can find cheaper alternatives, but they often compromise on build quality, materials, or advanced features like app support. With this toy, you’re getting a well-designed package, strong suction, and a soft, comfortable interior and lets not forget a heating rod. It really does tick all the boxes, provided you plan to take advantage of all its features.
