Design

The design of the Ultrablow is pretty straightforward, it's essentially a tube made of black or clear plastic with the controls and motor at the top and insertable section at the bottom. The bottom has a black removable cap for storage and then the clear plastic section above it is removable and locks into place with a twist and click mechanism. There is a black plastic section behind that holds the actual stroker mechanism with rails. The top half the USB-C charging port and the simple controls.
The control scheme is just a power button that also acts a cycling button for different stroking/rotation patterns, up and down arrows for speed control, and a number panel above it to tell which modes you're using. Within the stroker, once you remove the black cap there is a silicone ring around the entrance for some initial texture, and at the end there is the rotating section with little fins and bumps for texture. All in all it's simple and easy to understand, which I think is great for this kind of product.
Quality

Unfortunately, I didn't feel like this device was of the highest quality. It's certainly decent, but the motor is noisy and warms up quite a bit during use which makes me wonder how long it'll last. The plastic feels like medium quality, the edges just aren't finished to a premium level and it feels slightly brittle. The controls are a little finicky and the clicking mechanism isn't great.
The silicone sleeves are also a little thin and floppy, though they are pretty soft which I definitely appreciate. While I don't think it'll fall apart after 10 uses, I don't imagine this is the kind of toy that will last years and years.
Experience
For all its faults I've mentioned so far, this stroker actually does feel pretty good! There isn't a ton of texture on the entry ring or the stroker sleeve, but that's fine because it's moving up and down on it's own and that's always better than your hand. The spinning bit at the end of the stroker adds a little extra stimulation but I will say it's kind of minimal compared to the stroker.
The one problem is that the insertable length is fixed and the range and diameter of the stroker is fixed so if your penis isn't just the right size it might not work very well for you. Personally I liked holding it at just the right spot for the stroker to be focused on the head of my penis for maximum stimulation, and then insert further after a bit to let the spinning section go to work.
You do need a ton of lube on each silicone section to keep things moving smoothly, and I think a slightly thicker lube might help because it tends to run off otherwise. Once inserted, the first ring acts as a seal and keeps some of the moisture in and the clear plastic actually fogs up a bit, but this helps keep the lube from drying out immediately. If you don't have enough lube things can get a little uncomfortable, especially at higher speeds so just be aware of that.
I generally found the second speed setting to be plenty fast, but I think with a thorough coating of lube the higher speeds could be fun also. There's no suction setting, so while this is called the ultra "blow" I think that's a little misleading, it's more of a handjob toy than it is a blowjob toy, but it still feels great. The battery life is decent also, with a full hour of play on a charge which takes 2 hours. It does use a standard (included) USB-C cable though which makes it easier to charge than some other toys.
Materials and care
The stroker has a lot of different pieces which you can see above. The included instructions booklet explains how to take it apart but it does require some significant deconstruction to get at every piece you'll probably want to clean. Each silicone section is removed and cleaned separately, and the spinning section unclips entirely too.
The full device is not waterproof, just splash-proof which makes cleaning a little more difficult. On top of that, the rails have an oily machine lubricant (not personal lubricant) applied to keep them moving smoothly, and you don't want to wash that off. The silicone and removable plastic pieces are at least easy to clean with a toy cleanser or gentle soap and water. Be sure to only use lubes that are compatible with silicone (ideally water based) to prevent any damage.
Packaging

The packaging was very simple, and while not necessarily cheap feeling, it wasn't exactly premium feeling either which was surprising for a toy at this price point. There is a simple two piece box where you take off the top and inside is the stroker itself and the usb cable in foam slots. There is a little booklet of information buried underneath the stroker also with instructions and cleaning information. I would have liked to see some lube packets included considering how much lube it needs or a discreet bag for storage.
