Does it only go around the shaft or are "the boys" included? Looks interestingly fun!

I've only had someopne in a chastity device, but really want to do it again. Or have someone put me in one. This review was very informative and makes me want to get one of the devices. It's different than the metal ones, so should be more comfortable, plus I'm guessing it would pose no problem going through TSA screening/metal detector at the airport.
