You can track redemption status and view point transactions by checking:

• Creator Center PPoints page: https://creator.toychats.com/ppoints

What you’ll typically see

• The PPoints deduction for your redemption

• Your updated balance

• A record that can help you confirm your redemption went through

If you don’t see the deduction or record, it usually means:

• the redemption didn’t complete successfully, or

• you were logged into the wrong account.
