PP Store Out of Stock: What to Do When a Reward Isn’t Available

Out-of-stock items can happen because ToyChats sources rewards from external retailers and manages inventory for redemption.

If an item is out of stock, you have a few options:

• Wait for restock and check back later

• Redeem a similar item that is currently available

• Save your PPoints for future drops or new items

ToyChats may also rotate inventory and introduce new items, so even if something doesn’t come back, you’ll usually see new options appear over time.
