The Lovense Tenera 2 is a toy that's like that one friend who's almost perfect, but not quite. Don't get me wrong, I loved the adorable gradient - "It's so PRETTY!" were the first words I heard! And the ergonomic design? Top-notch. The suction was on the weaker side though and the preset increments did not increase it by much (using the app is different of course as you can go from 0-10 in one push of a button). However, that is exactly what she likes as she's super sensitive and some toys are just too powerful from the get-go. It feels as though the color scheme, the light weight of the toy, the quietness and the suction levels all blend together to be soothing. Not a "wild fuck" as they say, but more like a gently kiss. If you need strong suctions though, then avoid this toy. Another reason to avoid is if you do not want/need to use apps to use your toys. I personally like to use toys without apps. After all, who likes a lube covered phone? Not me, that's for sure... That being said, the app controls are a nice touch IF you are into that kind of thing and they work for long distance play too, which is cool. Just BTW, the self-cleaning feature is genius! All in all, the Tenera 2 is a solid toy if you're into more low-key vibes and don't mind a toy that's a bit more... laid-back, then this might be the one for you. But if you're a power-sucker, you might want to keep looking. Oh, and one more thing: the price. Ouch. It's like they're charging us per rainbow color. Worth it for those that would use all the app features, maybe, but for me? Not so much.

Not to split hares here, but I don't find this device to be as hopped up as I'd like it to be. As someone that was fresh.. lipped (?) to this world only a month or so ago, it's weird to say that I'd recommend this as a potential beginner toy to someone that wants to experience a thrusting toy, a dildo and a clitoral stimulator for the first time. In my opinion, the thrusting is a bit bland and wonky, but it being an isolated feature with the basic 3 intensities allows you to see/feel if it's a style you enjoy and would like to include as a feature in future toy purchases. For $24 you're getting the bare essentials, at least in this case. No fun add-ons or surprises like the others, save the fact that they were still kind enough to include the battery for the remote which is always awesome.
