Bathmate HydroXtreme Review: From a Trans Woman's Perspective!

Even in the short time that Cassie has used the Bathmate HydroXtreme, we've both noticed changes in her erections! Using water for pumping creates a safer and more even level of pressure than using an air pump, so this definitely gets a big thumbs up from both of us. The HydroXtreme is the top of the line offering from Bathmate, but it does come at a higher price tag. The pump itself starts at $219.99 for the smallest size, and the larger sizes do go up in price. We got the HydroXtreme Kit, which starts at the same price point but goes up faster & further. The kit also includes a cleaning spray, storage/travel bag with a padlock, shower strap, cleaning brush, and towel. Measuring yourself accurately is really important when picking a pump from Bathmate, so be sure to follow their on-site instructions to make sure you get the right size for you & your needs! Overall, both Cassie and I are really happy with the Bathmate HydroXtreme. We've still got more testing to do, but for the short period that she's been using it, we can see and feel that it's working!
