Design

Basic and Straightforward

This penis extender with harness is a basic starter kit from CalExotics. This comes in two basic colours of brown and ivory and one colour for the harness. The measurement of the whole toy is 7in (17.78cm) and internally 5in (12.70cm) in length. The opening of the toy isn't very big for someone's penis. It measures to about 1.25in (3.175cm) in width and could not even fit a FTM pack and play packer. The harness was a "one size fits all" and very stretchy. The material was just a basic elastic with the jockstrap style for the harness.

Quality

Soft Harness with Mediocre Quality Toy

I have always found CalExotics products to be pretty low end in quality of sex toys. They are cheap and don't have the best life. The extender was soft but definitely felt of lower quality silicone. In the second picture of the above set, I have circled where the toy shows slight manufacturing error due to the lower quality. One aspect that was nice, was the detail in making the penis look realistic as can be. The harness felt better in the way of quality, but I expect the seams to tear eventually with moderate use.

Experience and Performance

Disappointed But Understandable

As an AFAB genderfluid, I did not choose to undergo surgery to change what I have into a penis. I found that the toy sits very comfortably in place, on the body, as a strap-on. The issue I has is the fact there was no support to keep the toy in place while it's being used. I have a packer that is a four-in-one pack and play that can be used for sex. I tried to use it and an assortment of other strap-ons and dildos to provide extra support for the toy. None of these worked as the toys either were too long and sticking out or the width of the toy was too narrow to fit another toy inside. I also feel that a penis would struggle to fit in there as well as a few comrades of mine have too large of penis to utilize the toy as well. A factor to take into account is that the toy is very easily pulled out from the harness ring during more assertive play or when trying to insert something inside of it. This makes play a little bit cumbersome and causes minor inconvenience.

Bonus Use

Something I found truly beneficial to me was the fact the harness was multifunctional. I really enjoyed the jockstrap style for the harness and found it very functionable. I was able to wear the harness both forwards and backwards and use it as a chest harness. It stayed in place fairly well as a chest harness and did not limit mobility in the shoulders. I really enjoyed wearing the harness like this and was able to make it work with dancewear top underneath as well. Wearing the harness in the way that was designed was very comfortable and did not need any adjusting around the legs. The style creates plenty of room for testicles and is also comfortable for those with a vulva.

Materials and care

Easy and Washer Safe

The toy is pretty easy to wash as it can be completely submerged in water. The only issue I had with cleaning is that drying the inside of the toy is a little harder. It was easier for me to just airdry the toy than trying to stick something in to dry it. The harness is washer safe, so I just toss it in the laundry and let it air dry when it is done.

Packaging

Extensive

The packaging was broken down into three parts. The box was standard and very easy to open at the top. Inside, the toy and harness are packed in a plastic wrap with the harness in its own packaging. The plastic included tear areas, so opening the plastic was very quick and easy. The instructions that come with the product are base instructions for more than this specific product. The instructions go over cleaning, use, and battery-operated items. The battery operating instructions included a small visual of the different types of battery packs a toy could include. The biggest reason why the instructions are so long is that it includes nine different languages from English, Italiano to Russian. I feel this creates great accessibility when instructions can come in many different languages and pictures. I really appreciate this and would love to see it more for toys in general.

Price

Varying Prices

I found the toy on Amazon for a little under $10 USD. It was a little difficult to find this exact product as there is another without the realistic detail for $50. I am not sure why this was cheaper than a more basic design, but I don't make the prices. On other toy sites this toy is priced at $60 USD. I personally do not think this toy is worth that much and would not recommend buying it.
