The silicone pad at the end somehow conducts the vibrations just perfectly, and the giggle of the silicone adds to the fun. The only downside is the quality doesn’t feel very high. It’s a great-looking toy, but judging by the sometimes non-responsive button and a slight squeaking noise, I don’t see this toy lasting much longer than a year.
