About the Star - Madison Ivy
So here’s a fun surprise: Madison Ivy is technically one of us (German). 🇩🇪 She was born in Germany (near Munich, to be exact) before moving to the U.S. as a kid, which kind of makes this review feel like an accidental hometown connection. We had no idea, and we’re not gonna pretend we’ve followed her for years or anything because truth is neither of us had ever really watched her before this test. No “oh, remember that one scene?” Just a name on a box and a sleeve that looked interesting. 😅
But once we started digging a little deeper, it became clear she’s a total veteran. Madison’s been in the industry since 2008, worked with pretty much every big studio like Brazzers, Naughty America, Hustler, you name it, and even became Brazzers’ first exclusive female contract star which is major. She’s also a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer, which checks out when you see how absurdly flexible she is in her scenes. 🔥
Still, this wasn’t a “fan picks their fave” moment for us. We didn’t go into this with hype or bias instead it was just a clean slate and some lube. But sometimes that’s the best way to meet a toy: no expectations, just good texture and a wild ride. Let’s see if Madison’s sleeve delivers, and if our fellow German earns a spot in our collection.
Design: Beyond the Basics
You know the drill: classic white ABS Fleshlight case, twistable suction cap on the back, protective lid on the front. Nothing wild here, Fleshlight’s not reinventing the packaging wheel, and honestly we don’t want them to. It’s sturdy, grippy (even with lube-covered hands), and still the gold standard for stroker design. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it – just lube it. 😉
Now onto the real star: Madison Ivy. Her sleeve entrance is molded from her vulva, and while we weren’t exactly longtime fans before this review, we gotta admit she’s got a memorable design. The lips are small and slightly asymmetric, which gives the toy a surprising level of realism. Her outer lips are modest, but the inner labia peek out with just enough presence to make you look twice. There’s a defined clitoral hood, subtle folds under the entrance, and that signature down the side like a sexy stamp of approval. It doesn’t scream “fantasy” it whispers “this might actually be someone you’ve met.” 🔥
Inside the Sleeve – Ridges, Rings & Pyramids
Beyond comes with five very distinct chambers, and each one feels like it’s got a little personality of its own. From soft ripples to spiky surprises, this sleeve is designed for consistent stimulation and evolving sensation.
- Chamber 1 starts with a short expansion and a trio of soft, outward-facing ridges that wrap around the interior. This section resembles a smooth bulge, setting up a gentle transition into the sleeve.
- Chamber 2 features a narrow constriction densely lined with small, round nubs. These create a compact, textured zone focused on tightness and surface detail.
- Chamber 3 alternates between bulging ring segments and recessed pockets. The pattern spirals slightly, giving the structure a layered, shifting rhythm across its length.
- Chamber 4 is lined with pyramid-shaped nodes that are flat-tipped and angled forward. These are tightly packed and designed to create a more pointed internal structure with firm contact zones.
- Chamber 5 consists of a dense grid of soft, rounded bumps that gradually taper in size as they approach the end of the sleeve. It closes out the design with a textured, narrowing tunnel.
Overall, Beyond gives a balanced ride, you’ve got texture, tightness, rhythm, and variety without overcomplicating things. It feels thoughtfully designed and just stimulating enough to stay interesting across sessions.

Lip Tricks & Spiral Surprises
Let’s get the basics out of the way: I’m about 6.9 inches long (17.5 cm) and sit around 5 inches in girth (12.5–13 cm). Most sleeves fit me nicely, I reach near the back, but I’m not exactly packing a wall-stretcher. I’m sensitive enough to feel structure, but I need a bit of boldness to really notice everything. If a texture isn’t distinct, I might miss it, so that’s the context here. 😊
Beyond has been around since 2017, which in Fleshlight years is basically vintage. But don’t let the age fool you because this one’s aged like wine, not milk. It’s currently sitting at rank #5 on FleshAssist, which really made me curious. Add that to a structure I kept hearing good things about, and you’ve got a very convincing reason to add her to the collection.
Starting at the lips:
I didn’t expect much, but wow they grip. 🔥 Not in a tight or intense way, but they gently hug the shaft with every thrust. It adds this smooth gliding contact that’s both visual and physical. You don’t get this effect with every model, but Beyond really nailed it. You’ll need a decent amount of lube to unlock it though, and without it, the magic kind of disappears. With the right prep, though, it's chef’s kiss. 👌
Now, onto the chambers.
Chamber 1 is like a vestibule – wide, soft, not much contact. It feels more like an entry ramp than an actual sensation zone.
But Chamber 2 that’s the first highlight. It’s a tight, nub-covered constriction that hugs in all the right ways. The individual bumps don’t really stand out to me, but the pressure and friction create a consistently stimulating experience. And it’s not overbearing, it’s tight, but in a way that still feels real. Like, this could pass for actual anatomy if you squint a little. 😉
Chamber 3 is longer and structured like a twisted ladder. Think of a spiral of soft ridges alternating with little bulges, kind of like vertebrae. I didn’t feel them all at once, but depending on stroke angle and rotation, different points along my shaft would light up. The contact shifts constantly, not intense, but definitely interesting. I wasn’t in constant touch with the walls here, but it made each thrust feel unique.
I just about reach Chamber 4, which is filled with pyramid-shaped bumps pointing inward. For me, they were more of a background texture, just about there, but not super impactful. I suspect they’d come alive more for someone longer or more sensitive up front. I never reached Chamber 5, so can’t report on that final ring zone, but that’s totally fine. Most of the party happens way earlier.
Realism
Overall, Beyond surprised me with how real it feels because it's not flashy it's just good. Chamber 2 brings the tightness and realism, while Chamber 3 keeps things varied and interesting. The lips are honestly one of the best little details I didn’t know I needed. 😅 For a sleeve that’s been around this long, Beyond really holds her ground, and might just be one of the more realistic-feeling Fleshlights I’ve used.

Let’s talk intensity.
I read a lot about Beyond before getting her, and I kept seeing the same vibe: stimulating, but not soul-draining. And yeah, that’s pretty accurate. I’d place her in the upper-middle tier of intensity. She’s tighter than average and far from boring, but she won’t vaporize your brain in five seconds (unless you really want her to). 😅
Chamber 2 does most of the work along the shaft. It hugs and massages in a way that’s stimulating without being harsh, kind of like a confident squeeze, not a death grip. Chamber 3, on the other hand, gets personal with the head. It’s this alternating spiral of pressure points that’s surprisingly intense up top, especially if you’re someone who stays longer in that zone during slow sessions.
Beyond is great for edging, but here’s the catch: she makes you work for it. I find myself taking more pauses than usual, not because I want to, but because my body goes “okay, chill out or we’re finishing this now.” If you’re someone who enjoys riding the edge but needs time and space to cool off, Beyond might become your new challenge buddy. If you’ve got a short fuse you might want something a bit softer or more forgiving.
Break-In Diaries 📖
Normally, I don’t spend too much time talking about break-in periods, but here it mattered. Chamber 3 was stiff at first. Not painful or abrasive, just rigid enough that I had to actively pace myself or risk getting too much direct pressure on the tip. That’s not always a bad thing, but for me, softer = better. Over time, she mellowed out a little. Whether that’s the material softening or my body adapting, who knows? But if you’re sensitive to intense textures, just know that Chamber 3 is bold and doesn’t pull its punches. You might love it, or you might need a few rounds to grow into it. For me it went from “ehh” to “okay wait, I see you.” 😏
Lube – More Than Expected, But Worth It 💦
Okay, here’s the thing: I honestly thought Beyond would be pretty chill when it comes to lube. The structure looks tight but not overcomplicated, and nothing screamed “greedy.” But surprise, I needed way more lube than usual. Not crazy amounts, but definitely enough that I had to stop and reapply early on. 😅
I think Chamber 1 might be the culprit. It’s a bit open and dome-like, and I have a feeling it stores lube like it’s prepping for winter. Add to that the spiral ridges in Chamber 3, which probably trap some of it too, and it disappears faster than you’d expect.
But here’s the twist: once she’s properly lubed up she holds that glide beautifully. Seriously, the sleeve stays slick for ages after the initial load-up. So it’s one of those “more at the start, less later” situations. A little frustrating in the moment, but totally worth it in the long run. 😂
Suction & Sound – Subtle Pop, Not a Vacuum Cleaner 🌀
Let’s talk suction. Beyond’s not the kind of sleeve that tries to rip your soul out through negative pressure and honestly I’m okay with that. She’s got some pull, sure, but nothing dramatic. Tightening the cap gives you a soft little pop on the exit, which is kinda satisfying. It’s not Fleshlight's strongest suction profile, but it does enough to enhance the texture slightly. At least to me, suction made the sleeve feel a bit more focused and present, like the ridges were hugging just a little tighter. 👀
Personally, I preferred her with the cap a bit looser. She felt smoother and less aggressive that way, which made edging easier. But that’s really down to preference, you might enjoy her more with the cap tight. Just don’t expect Dyson-level drama. 😅
As for the sound?
Yeah, she’s not exactly discreet. Beyond’s on the louder side, and depending on how much lube you’ve used, she’ll let you know exactly which chamber you’re stroking through. For review purposes it is amazing. For late-night stealth sessions it may be not the top choice. Not obnoxious, but you’ll definitely notice the presence. She’s vocal in the classic Fleshlight way, just turned up a notch.

Almost Perfect, But Not Quite 👀
Let’s keep this short and honest: I might’ve gotten a slightly unlucky batch. Not tragic because she’s absolutely usable and feels great during play, but there are some minor cosmetic quirks worth mentioning. The case itself is classic Fleshlight quality. Feels sturdy, has that nice matte grip, and does the job beautifully. But the end cap on mine is a little loose. Not loose-loose, but just enough to rattle a bit when things get going. You can tune it out, but it’s mildly annoying. 😅
The sleeve material, as always, is super soft and forgiving. Even after a few sessions, it’s still plush and responsive. But right out of the box, I spotted some small imperfections in the molding – nothing major, just those tiny marks you sometimes get with Fleshlights. If you’ve owned a few, you’ll know the drill, it’s the usual tradeoff: great sensation with some minor finish flaws. Nothing that ruins the experience, just part of the Fleshlight charm, I guess. 🤷♂️

Beyond sits right in the usual Fleshlight range: about €50–70 / $55–75, depending on where and when you shop. That makes her neither cheap nor premium, and she’s squarely in the “this better be worth it” zone, and she is worth it.
If you vibe with what we’ve described so far, especially the realistic structure, the grip of those lips, and the mid-high intensity, then Beyond is absolutely worth adding to your lineup. If you're still unsure about her check out some other reviews here or head to FleshAssist for rankings and community takes. She’s currently ranked 5th, which says a lot considering she’s not a brand-new release. 💪
As always: keep an eye out for sales. Fleshlights go on sale, and grabbing one of the top sleeves for a few bucks less is always a win.

The Good Kind of Trouble 😅
Beyond doesn’t mess around. She can go fast and furious, or slow and sensual, and that flexibility shows in the kind of orgasms she delivers. Thanks to a really smart balance of stimulation along both the shaft and the head, this sleeve gives you room to play. You can chase that quick burst if you're in the mood for a fast release, or you can ease in, edge a little (or a lot), and ride it out for something deeper and more intense.
For me I had no trouble finishing, actually it may have been a bit too easy. 😅 I’ve caught myself reaching the edge quicker than I’d like more than once. That’s not a flaw more of a personal challenge. This sleeve wants you to lose control, and staying composed takes some serious focus. If you’re like me and struggle sometimes with patience, Beyond might just become your new guilty pleasure. 🔥

Fleshlight doesn’t stray far from its usual packaging formula, and Beyond is no exception. You get the classic white box with a glossy finish, Madison Ivy on the front holding her namesake sleeve (iconic pose, check ✅), a side panel showing the internal texture with some quick stats, and a splash of promo flair on the back. Pretty by-the-book.
Inside is also familiar territory:
You’ll find the ABS case with the Beyond sleeve already assembled, a small lube packet, a promo insert, and the classic transport rod snug inside the canal. This time, though there was no VIP card. Not sure if Fleshlight’s trying to tell me something, like “you’ve bought enough, please stop” or if someone just forgot to throw it in. Either way, I’m choosing not to take it personally.

As with every Fleshlight, we’re looking at their proprietary SuperSkin, a soft and squishy TPE blend that’s become a signature for a reason. It’s plush, grippy, and gives off that satisfyingly real texture when lubed up. But (and this is important), it’s not antibacterial. So yes, Beyond needs a little TLC if you want her to stay fresh and smooth long-term.
The outer case is the usual pearly ABS which is tough, durable, and solid enough to handle a few clumsy drops or slippery moments. Madison’s lips, though, they actually help with drying because they’re slightly parted, which allows for better airflow. That tiny design detail made her noticeably easier to dry than some tighter-mouthed sleeves we’ve tested. Big win.
Cleaning-wise: warm (not hot!) water is your best friend. Rinse her out immediately after use and give her a gentle wash with mild soap or a proper toy cleaner now and then. Despite the detail in the structure, especially those tight ridges and chamber 3 spirals, we had zero trouble getting her clean.
Bonus points: she dried faster than expected. No weird residue, no swampy base. Just clean, dry, ready for round two. As long as you don’t let her sit for days (don’t be that person 😅), she’ll stay in top shape for the long haul.

If you’re into edging and enjoy a bit of a challenge, Beyond will feel like a worthy sparring partner. She doesn’t go easy on you, that tight chamber 2 and the head-focused spiral in 3 don’t exactly scream "take a breather." But if you’re the type who likes longer sessions and can handle structure that keeps you on your toes, she’ll reward you with control, depth, and a surprisingly realistic vibe. 😉
On the flip side, if you tend to finish fast or need sleeves with more forgiving transitions to cool off between peaks, this one might be a bit much. Not overwhelming, but not the most forgiving either.
What surprised me most was the realism. She’s not trying to be wild or over-the-top. Her strength is in how well she balances stimulation with the shaft, head, and lips. All checked, especially if you’re into “lips that grip,” this might just become your new favorite front-row view.
Plus, she’s one of the few older releases that held up in the rankings for years which is no coincidence. She’s stood the test of time and still has the chops to stand out.
