It's a gamble that could be worth it more than it's not. Go into it with low expectations and give it the chance to surprise you like it did me! Regarding the "Duration of Use", it was not a fully tested feature, so I made a minimum best guess thinking it should more than likely last longer. Testing it for my photo/video op took longer than it took me to reach satisfaction and I believe it would have kept going just fine and dandy. My guess is however long a AAA battery usually lasts would be the duration, and if you have rechargeable ones on hand and can move fast like you're working a NASCAR pit you'll have a good time! ;P
