My verdict

Not my preferred cup of tea. If you're into super flexible toys this may be for you, but with my current limited experience in the realm of sex toys I can't wrap my non-flexible head around this one and why it would be a desired feature. Pure Envy does not leave me envious at all with the Mini Flex, in fact, it should be envious of other toys, especially the "My Little Friend". The Mini Flex has 10 features, is a somewhat decent size, and lasts 60 minutes. However, it's lack of charge time, indicator light(s), a carrying pouch, and overly flexible neck ruin it (for me). In order to turn it on you must hold the bottom button for 3 seconds and then press the top button for it to start vibrating, press the top button again to then cycle through the settings. Of all of my little vibrators, this one would not be chosen any time soon.

Pros: IPX5.; 10 settings - 3 vibrations and 7 patterns.

Cons: Way too flexible in the neck.; Hard to tell if it's on or off.; Prefer different button symbols.; Lack of pouch for storage.; Instructions lack charge time, IPX rating.

Design

The Pure Envy Mini Flex, in my opinion, is way too flexible. I don't feel I can apply desired pressure to areas without it slipping or bending too much and taking away from it. It's almost floppy when it comes to using it for clitoral stimulator, and I guess could essentially be compared to a "chubby," not full on flaccid, but not full on hard on either, just somewhere in the middle.

The other dislike in design is the lack of an indicator light or initial setting. Most toys when turned on immediately jump into a setting, this one does not. You hold the power (bottom) button for 3 secs to turn it on and it's just quiet until you press the cycle (top) button at least once.

It's an oddly cumbersome small device, where it could fit in a make-up bag but honestly takes up quite a bit of space, but is small enough that I don't want to lose it in the sea of a travel suitcase.

The lack of a carrying pouch for it in any regard is a bit of a disappointment too. With this product and all other Pure Envy products I've received, I noticed that there are no carry pouches included and the instructions leave out the charge time, IPX rating and with some run time and desired instructions are missing.

Experience

This toy had potential, but was disappointing. The settings seem like they would be nice, but with no rigidity in the product itself it's hard to feel them as accurately. I'd much rather drag a feather, a string, a finger, a whip, or even a wet noodle along different parts of me than this.

The lack of indicator lights or the initial speed coming on the moment the device was on made the first few moments a bit confusing.

Packaging

Dressed all in black with white text and grey symbols, Pure Envy's Mini Flex box is quite cute. The front features a window to the product itself that is cut to match the shape of the upper half, the company name is written above it and the product name and description are written below it. One side features the company website, while the other features the box's overall pattern. The back is short and sweet with the company name, 4 icons and short features descriptions, 5 bullets of more feature information and the usual stuff needed to make it a sellable product. The symbols scattered all over the box include: The product name in big letters, hearts, purses, female gender symbol, lipstick marks, double ended arrows, stars, panties, and + signs.

I weirdly think I'd feel comfortable walking up to the counter with this product as nothing at first glance really screams that it's an adult toy. The contrast between the symbols and the background is minute enough that you could miss the panty icons easier than you'd think. The shape of the window on the front face is also not that erotic, and neither is info on the back. The subtle aesthetics and the small stature are in its favor.

What's in the Box?!

Inside the package: the product itself, a charger, an instruction sheet, and a 20% off coupon. It is very gratuitous of Pure Envy to include a 20% discount card with this product. I find it odd that this was the only product of the six I have received from them that contained one. Disappointed, as always, that there's no carrying pouch for this product, thankfully it's tiny enough that I could potentially get away with keeping the packaging as storage when it's not packed for traveling.
