Two Knots, One Massive Load: Review Yocy’s Inflatable Ejaculating Fantasy Dildo Is a Wild Ride

But Yocy’s kicked the market wide open with a whole line of inflatable fantasy cocks that also squirt—and they’ve somehow kept them under fifty quid.

I’ve been testing the Yocy Double Knot Suction Cup Dildo with both inflation and ejaculation features, and… well, it’s incredible. It’s not just a gimmick—it’s genuinely well-made, slick silicone, and a proper good time.

A Double-Knotted Meat Stick

You don’t get many aesthetic options here—the squirting and inflating double knot model only comes in black at the base with a meaty red shaft, in one size and one firmness with a suction cup base. That said, there are other designs in the range if you’re not into the anthropomorphic canine knot look.

The silicone has a slick, shiny finish that turns gloriously slippery with even a dash of lube (and yes, I flame-tested it: legit silicone). As for firmness, it’s on the soft side. It can be easily inserted by hand, but there’s little chance of it working on a fuck machine. You’ve got an insertable length of around 7 inches total, so it won’t challenge you on that front. 

The packaging is zero nonsense: a plain white bag inside a matte black box. No branding, no graphics, and no import label saying “inflatable dildo”. Phew.

I picked the version with both a syringe and an inflation bulb, but there are multiple listings—some with just one function or the other, some with none—so check the product options very carefully when ordering. If you think it’s even more of a bargain because the price dropped to $15, you likely selected the wrong option. 

The squirting tube comes with a stopper inserted, which is thoughtful. It reminds you to not fill the inflatable cavity with lube and accidentally create a biohazard. That said, I lost mine within ten minutes, so maybe tape it to your toy drawer or something. There’s still a helpful label to identify which tube is which. 

The inflation bulb arrives unattached, which is also great—it makes replacements easier if the valve breaks. Just don’t mix up the two tubes during cleanup. 

A Proper Inflatable Knot

The inflatable bit is located in the knot closest to the base, and it’s chunky. It measures just over 16cm in circumference when uninflated. 

Once inflated, this thing anchors in like a very determined and enormous butt plug, expanding up to 24cm in circumference. Of course, if that’s too much for you, you can just not inflate is as much, though it may not hold position as effectively. Cheaper inflatables tend to puff up along the whole shaft, which looks dramatic but won’t stay in place, so you end up launching it out of your ass like a sad balloon animal. 

Not here. This design is intentional, though it doesn’t inflate uniformly—it’s a bit lopsided, which looks odd in photos but doesn’t matter in use. The inflation doesn’t interfere with the ejaculation feature either; both can be used at the same time.

Load, Aim, Fire

Out of the box, you get either a syringe or a bulb to handle the cum tube action, depending on which option you chose. Pressure is solid across the board. You don’t actually need that much lube on this toy, given how slick the silicone is and the fact it’s only 7 inches long, so any extra lube you inject is purely for messy fun. 

What’s It Like in Use? One Ass, Two Knots, Zero Dignity

There’s a lot going on here.

First: those twin knots aren’t just for show. You’ll need time, patience, and lube to conquer both. They’re not huge by any means, and the toy is only available in one size; but they’re big enough to be a challenge for a beginner. They didn’t present too much trouble for this fantasy cock connoisseur, of course! 

It’s a bit soft, so if you’re using the suction cup, you’ll need to guide the tip in first. I mostly just used it by hand, because it’s hard to insert fully if it’s mounted on a wall. 

Once you’re in, the feeling of the inflation so you’re fully knotted takes it to another level. Ten full pumps felt like the maximum the toy could meaningfully take, and at that point, it ain’t coming out; it’s well and truly knotted in you until you twist the valve to release that air. Fifteen pumps is the safe maximum, but it’s probably best to not test that limit. Don’t worry: if the valve has broken and can no longer be deflated, just pull the whole bulb fitting off the end of the tube, and it’ll deflate immediately. 

If you’re new to squirting toys and using this anally, you’ll find that you can’t actually feel the ejaculation that much; that’s not a fault of the toy, it’s just because you lack the level of nerve endings in your ass. It holds well, it inflates fast, it squirts reliably, and it feels like something far more expensive than it is. There’s a bit of a learning curve and effort involved with all the tubing and clean-up process, but if you’re the kind of person buying fantasy inflatables, I’m guessing that’s not a dealbreaker.

Final Thoughts Before I Inflate It Again

At under $50, the Yocy Double Knot manages to do something impressive: deliver both gimmick and function in one delightfully perverse package. It’s absurd, creative, playful, filthy—and above all else, fun. My only complaint is that model is available in one size only; I found myself wishing it was ever so slightly larger!
