I don’t usually get aroused immediately by a toy, but the Oliver James Large Wand Massager got me going right away. The large wand is large, nearly a foot long, making it oddly so comfortable to use. At first, I thought it looked a little gimmicky. It’s long, the handle is coated in shiny plastic, and it’s just so big it’s almost cartoonish. However, the neck is flexible, the silicone on the head is divine, and the vibrations are so strong I could feel them through my pants. The longer, curved handle on this model allows you to hold with your palm facing any direction, making the device super easy on your wrist - which is usually the first point of discomfort for me. I also found it super easy to use, from the buttons to the toy's ability to massage such a large area. I also used it to massage out shin splints and tight calves from running - something I’ve never considered doing - but it totally worked. This is truly a full-body massager.

However, the diagonal ribbing on the handle makes finding the buttons difficult and can turn an attempt to adjust intensity or vibration pattern into a lost orgasm. Slightly making up for the confusing texture, the Ava VIVV features 20 vibration patterns and 8 intensities. I say ‘slightly’ because at least 10 of the 20 vibration patterns are redundant. This is my literal favorite new toy. I’ve always wanted a lush and never got one. Now, I’m obsessed. The app works seamlessly and I can have my partner play with me from a distance, no matter how far. It’s bigger than I expected (in a good way). It’s soft and comfortable. "Ladies and gentleman, this isn't the Royal Court, it's the Grand Prix! So start your engines!!" I feel "Sceptre" is a misnomer, if anything, the name should've been "The Gear Shift"! The shape of the device could easily be considered a gear shift, and not only does it sound like it's housing a V8 engine, but it feels like it too! Though it's personally not my favorite toy thus far, its definitively powerful vibrations more than get the job done and I'd gladly recommend it to any user wanting to cruise the Autobahn like a Queen!
