Wandering Bard doesn't do suction cup bases but there are some indie toy brands that do a double sided suction cup specifically for toys like this one that suctions to the base of the toy & whatever surface you want to suction it to!

Amazing Dual Density with Lots of Realistic Texture
At first glance, this dildo doesn't look like much, but the BMS Color Addiction 8" Dual-Density Silicone Dildo is so squishy soft on the outside and feels amazing. Drake the Dragon Dildo Review - Disappointing but Not Horrible
This toy looks amazing, but it's a little lackluster. If you're looking for a dildo to use with your hands, then this might be the one for you. I will say that it's a little flimsy, but you could make it work if you're determined enough. The size is amazing and so is the visual design, but the lack of sturdiness and the silicone feeling kinda disappointed me.

Odyssey Toys Ejaculating Lycan Dildo Review - Double Knot, Double Fun!
The larger you go, the more intense this dildo becomes! I appreciate Lycan’s design a lot. The knots and tapered head provide most of the textural stimulation this dildo provides, which is great since double knotting is a lot to handle. The other texture on the dildo is primarily vertical lines up the shaft, which you can feel but are less stimulating than horizontal textures, in my opinion. We have enjoyed using the Ejaculating Lycan Dildo with Cum Tube. The design is stimulating, the pour is aesthetically pleasing, and this dildo feels pleasurable. With that said, I would not recommend Lycan for beginners to fantasy dildos. The double knot is a lot to handle, especially on the medium size. I think this custom fantasy dildo is better suited to users with a bit more experience, so that they’re able to enjoy the dildo to the fullest. Which is what you’ll feel when you’ve got two knots inside of you!

If you're able to get the dual density version, I highly recommend it over the single density version.
