This little wand is crazy powerful, maybe even too powerful for some. I needed to warm up a little bit before using it, but once I was warmed up and switched to the Orion Petite Wand, I was very quickly able to finish. I used it primarily for clitoral stimulation, but I also used it on my wife's nipples, the tip of her penis, and her perineum.
