My verdict

Not entirely sure how this one got its name or how to make a pun of it. I think I'm going have to write my first non pun filled review right now... *shudder* It's very weird to say since I'm still somewhat of a newcomer myself, but I think this would be a good first time personal massager for someone that doesn't want to commit to getting a dildo just yet but wants a nice somewhat inconspicuous toy. It definitely feels nice as a regular massager, and is quite intense as a clitoral stimulator and with 20 patterns, 8 intensities, a 90-120 min use time and a memory retention feature you can't really go wrong.

Pros

Will remember the last settings you had it on so you can keep going next time you pick it up!
IPX7 Babeh! Enjoy a lovely bath time or sexy shower massage! No worries when it comes to cleaning!
Features 20 patterns and 8 intensities for a more catered massage or pleasurable experience!
Feels good as a general massager, but is a bit awkward to hold and use as one in some places.

Cons

Penetration friendly, but a bit too big for my personal preference. Bigger isn't always better.
Easy to bump power button, careful not to accidentally turn it off while in the middle of enjoying!!

Experience

As a general massager, I have to say the Shibari Mini Halo feels quite nice, but if I had to chose a toy that doubled as a personal massager and pleasure stimulator it would be the Ava Evo. If I had to go with just a clitoral stimulator, I would go with something smaller and more personal.

I like the wide variety of settings and the overall ease of use. I love that it remembers the settings I had it on the last time it was in use, as I've found that it's another toy with an easy to bump power button. I don't know about you but I don't want to sit and cycle through all of my settings again when I was just getting to the good part but accidentally bumped it off. The lowest intensity is still a pretty damn good one in regards to clitoral stimulation as it's almost too intense to start out with in my case.

Though I understand it's somewhat of a power saving move to do it, I find that I'm weirdly not a fan of the LEDs blinking in time with the patterns, I find it unnecessary.

Packaging

Shibari packaging is simple and sweet with a modern monochrome chic style and Mandala artwork. Two chrome sides depict the name in large text; the front in white shows a picture of the toy with the name above it and a Mandala pattern circling behind it; and the white back panel shares 7 points of useful information about the product.

This package feels like a step between Romp Lipstick and Satisfyer Mission Control. Romp is able to blend in with other products quite easily at first glance which creates an easier atmosphere around the concept of walking up to a counter to purchase it. Satisfyer has a bit of more of an erotic nature to its packaging, though subtle, for me personally I would still be hesitant to walk up to a counter with it. Shibari has no erotic nature about its packaging like the Satisfyer, but the product itself at first glance isn't as subtle as Romp... I do feel I could almost get away with claiming it's just an ordinary massager if caught with even though it's a sensual one.

What's in the Box?!

Inside the package: The product itself, a discreet black carrying bag, a charging cable, an instruction manual, a warranty pamphlet, and a warranty card.

I like the carrying bag that came with this product far more than the one that came with the Ava Fliq and Ava Lolli. This one may not be as nice as the satin one that comes with Swan Wand but it's still pretty good quality!

I love the added touch of a smiley face at the end of the Warranty Card's description. It makes the company feel friendly and easy to approach.

The Vibrations!!

The Shibari Mini Halo boasts 20 pulsations, 8 speeds and an hour and half run time.

As someone that usually sticks to consistent vibration settings, it's nice to have the option for 8 intensity levels on one pattern that is a consistent vibration. I love having the other 19 settings as a potential option to expand to if I ever feel exploratory or get bored of the same old thing.

The lowest settings are still pretty powerful and more than capable of getting the job done which is awesome! Not only would it last longer running on the lowest settings, but it means there's even more mind blowing power behind the other 7 levels.
