It took me five minutes, with instructions in hand, to discover how to ignite the device. Hold for three seconds to turn on, click gently to switch between settings. The lights are subtle, so that’s nice. The power was way more than any of my off-brand Hitachi wands or previous bullet vibrators. It has no bells and whistles. No remote. Not even a handle to relieve some of the intense power from reaching my hands. You are left to count and listen to the various noise patterns to determine which settings you are and find your favorites. For solo insertion, this toy seems too small to hold and the completely smooth shape means if you want to dip inside you better have practice with jade eggs and other Kegel-style “exercisers.” The force of the device seems to muddy where the toy impacts sensation more, on the hand or on the target. There is a technique, if you balance the vibrator like a top or a driedel, using only minimal pressure from one finger, that you can enjoy the toy solo without the heavy aftershocks in the hands. The size of this little guy leads me to explore if I can find new uses for it… So while it may not be practical and for immediate needs, it certainly inspires my creativity.
