I used this toy mostly on my own and still need to use it in shared play, but I can tell you now that it will be a good experience based on my solo testing. The vibration is standard strength, but the pressure from inflating the toy increases the feeling for me and makes it feel more targeted on the prostate. I also just like the full feeling it gives, and often found myself just having it in and inflated with no vibration for the joy of it. If you are curious about inflatable prostate massagers, I would recommend this. It's perfect for beginners and experienced alike due to its size and safety features. The $35 to $50 price point is fair in my opinion, and the extras included in the box are a nice touch. I would like a more durable remote, and for the battery compartment on the remote to be a slide-off instead of a screw, and maybe make it waterproof. We both would like the toy to have a little more oomph with the vibration, but it has enough to surely feel good to anyone considering the Swirlii!
