To have a more pure response to in-game haptics could make twitch streams, long distance relationships or just general play more intimate and fun as the other players would actually have to work hard to cause reactions. I have to say Pure Envy has strange names for their toys, Serenity Stick, Stephanie, and Tiffany are not things I would ever call my toys.
