Tech, Texture & a Bit Too Much Trouble? We were seriously hyped for this one. Lovense + automatic stroker + app control is chefs kiss. This combo had “next favorite toy” written all over it. But Solace Pro ended up being a bit of a mixed bag for us. When it works, it really works , the manual mode is solid, the hardware feels premium, and the couple play potential is actually exciting. But it also makes you work for the good stuff. Between the loud motor, the hit-or-miss AI syncing, and an interface that can feel more like troubleshooting than foreplay, it’s not a grab-and-go kind of toy. Add in a milder sleeve that didn’t blow us away, and we’re left saying: good idea, decent execution, but not the game-changer we hoped for. The Autoblow AI Ultra is a chunky little machine which is definitely not something you’d leave out if guests are coming over. But it feels really solid and well made. The sleeve is soft and has a decent amount of texture. It’s a bit loud when it’s running, but honestly, once you’re in the zone, you stop noticing. You can sync it with videos which ends up being kind of amazing when it actually matches the action. However, the Autoblow AI Ultra takes a bit to clean, but nothing terrible, simply pull out the sleeve, wash it, and let it dry. You have to lube up quite a bit for it to feel good, but again, not a big deal. Setup is pretty simple: plug it in (yes, it needs to be plugged in, no batteries), insert the sleeve, lube up, and pick a mode. The Lovense Max 2 is a great all around male masturbator and amazing remote toy. When you know how to use it right, it provides an extreme amount of pleasure, to the point that I sometimes finish using it much faster than I would like.
